Just picked up the keys to my house today! Buying our first home came sooner than expected when our landlord decided to sell the property.

As first-time buyers with very little knowledge of the process, it felt quite overwhelming at the start. We were introduced to EFS through an estate agent and are incredibly glad we reached out.

Chris has been fantastic from day one. He took the time to explain our options clearly, talk us through each stage of the process, and set out what needed to happen and when. His guidance immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that we were making informed decisions.
