The Mortgage Broker was superb (Ian.D) he really gave loads of re-assurance, was patient and most of all responsive. The service declined slightly after it was handed to his colleague, this would have been a 5 star review but 5 days after completion and a hectic house move the hassling for paying the broker fee was unnecessary and tainted the whole experience, threatening with debt collection within 5 days of completion is vulgar and counter intuitive to the customer experience.

James and Elaine at Fluent were super responsive and offered fair and balanced advice. They guided me through making the right choice of mortgage, locking in an offer in principal at the right time, and getting the offer we wanted confirmed. Highly recommend
