Haysto have been nothing but amazing dealing with our case. Our whole house buying experience has been made so much easier because of them. We got our mortgage offer through today and we couldn’t be happier with the Haysto team. Our first point of contact was Jack who is absolutely lovely, he was so informative and reassuring after multiple no’s from other brokers; Tom, our mortgage advisor, is absolutely amazing, so helpful, so lovely and very knowledgeable & the rest of the Haysto team have been great. Could not recommend them more. If you think you can’t get a mortgage, Haysto will do it for you!
Unadopted Road Sorted
High street banks wouldn't give me a mortgage due to unadopted road, no owner, no maintenance agreement, despite having an indemnity policy, road in great condition and no problems for 60 years. Haysto got me a mortgage sorted within 48 hours at a decent rate, only slightly higher than what high street banks were offering. £1,699 is a steep fee, but a mortgage you shall have.

I didn't think I'd be able to get a mortgage before contacting Haysto. I started the process and the middle of February 2026 and I am about to conclude my purchase later this week (middle of April 2026). I couldn't recommend Haysto and the staff there enough!

Absolutely chuffed with Haysto
Absolutely chuffed with Haysto, didn’t think I’d get a mortgage as I have a few negatives against me but from the start Matthew was amazing. Went through everything and he searched around to find the best deal he could given my circumstances (and everything going on in the world currently!) found one that was affordable and suitable and then the whole team kicked in and got it over the line. Honestly wouldn’t have been able to proceed with buying my ideal home without the whole Haysto team

The service was perfect but it fell at…
The service was great but it fell a little at the last hurdle when it was passed to a case manager. I had to keep chasing for updates and being the one giving what I felt was important updates rather than the other way around. I didn't get a welcome call, only a call once the offer came through from the lender. Appreciate it takes time at this stage but it felt like once the application was submitted then the level of service dropped off. Estimated response times stated within a few hours but I waited beyond this, sometimes until the following day for a response.. I was of the understanding updates would come every 48hr even if there wasn't an update but that didn't seem to happen to keep my mind at ease during the most stressful part of the process. All handlers prior to case management would get 5*

Really impressed with Haysto. Got a call from them within minutes of putting my details in their system on Good Friday, then had a chat with an adviser about an hour later and they got me an agreement in principle on Easter Sunday, so they work quickly and even on bank holidays

Straightforward and professional!
From start to finish the team were brilliant, they helped my wife and I through everything. I lost my job a few years ago which caused a couple of issues, but they reassured me that it was totally fine and could help get some offers. Highly recommend!
After moving from another broker that failed to match us with an appropriate lender, Haysto have been absolutely exceptional. Every person that we have dealt with has been friendly and knowledgable, and the ability to message members of our team online has been a fantastic bonus that really made us feel like we were constantly up to date with the progress of our application. We were slightly apprehensive about the offer fee but given how quickly our application was sorted out, and the service we've received thus far, I believe it was worth it!
Would definitely recommend Haysto to others.
