Fiona Macrae
After Fiona Macrae, Insurancewith’s founder, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she found it almost impossible to get affordable travel insurance. Like anyone else, she was looking forward to a holiday, but sensibly-priced cover seemed out of reach.
Insurancewith was created to help people with all kinds of conditions – including cancer, mental health, epilepsy, and many disabilities – get the most suitable cover for your personal needs at a price to suit your budget.

The company asked the right questions…
The company asked the right questions about my diagnosis without assuming that I was about to die because I’m stage 4. The stage is vast and not all people have the same prognosis on this stage. Treatments differ and most now are managing symptoms. This company understood that and I felt normal for the very first time in a long time. Thank you for listening to me.

When entering a specific medication…
When entering a specific medication (Ribociclib) the screen froze, tried several times and the same thing happened. Spoke to someone on the phone and they said you don’t have to enter the medication only the condition. If this is the case why doesn’t it tell you that on the website?
I have used Insurancewith many times and have never had this problem before. I would have scored 5stars but it took me so long to do my insurance this time.

Help with my renewal declaration
I wanted to renew my annual policy and preferred to speak to someone rather on line to ensure that I provided full details on my ongoing cancer treatment over the last year. I was able to provide full details which was better that on-line answers which I feel are more limited. By speaking to someone I felt satisfied that I had provided all the information and your contact was able to get more information and respond accordingly
