Needed 3rd party cover for a single event, quote was competitive and process was nice and easy. The website is well built and was easy to use with good information around questions. Would use them again.

For a small family event this was a very easy and affordable insurance.The church hall needed this insurance for the booking so we needed a quick & affordable policy. Easy admin & very simple to do - highly recommend.

Bit of a hiccough but sorted quickly
Very easy to navigate site. Original documents arrived electronically within minutes, however some details were incorrect. I sent 2 'panicked' messages after being unable to get in touch by phone; typically got in touch by phone just as I recieved an email from the company. The advisor I spoke with didn't seem to get the gist of my name and sure enough the new documents had spelling errors - the person who sent the email to me corrected all of the mistakes and everything was fine.
I will definitely use this company again - mistakes happen but the speed in which they rectified them was good.
