10/10 service. currently going through a claim with LGA and they’ve been nothing but helpful and informative. I spoke to a young lady called Grace today that was an absolute godsend and her customer service was top notch.

From start to finish this company have been a bliss and so much help. My first every claim on an insurance in over 40 years of biking, and these guys helped me along the way. Thou my bike was written off they sorted things really quick and a payout was sorted really quick allowing me to get back on the road and working again. Thanks

LGA have been really great from start to finish from my accident. Really helpful and kepted me up to date along the way. From the accident to payout was really quick allowing me to get back on the road and back to work in a quick time frame. So happy with this place.

Hello, I had an accident a few days ago, so I had to deal with Lancaster Gate Assistance. I must say that you do not find easily such a great service, the lady on the phone (called Izzy) was speaking very clearly, explained everything really well, and also answered all my questions. I can say that so far the service received from them is great.

I was put in contact with Lancaster Gate Assistance via my motorcycle insurance company after having my motorcycle reversed into while in stationary traffic. The team assisted me by providing a series of motorcycles along with liaising with the 3rd party to have my motorcycle inspected.
The team as a whole were extremely professional and patient , any issues that I had were dealt with swiftly , especially as I had to get a hire vehicle replaced and they were flexible enough to deliver this to my place of work at a time that didn’t impact my job performance. In relation to stages of my claim they communicated with me with the urgency that showed that they were interested in resolving an otherwise difficult situation as rapidly as possible. Overall I am delighted with the service that was extended to me by everybody involved in this process. This is what great customer service looks like. I sincerely hope that they receive accolades for performing their duties to such a high standard.

It was my first time dealing with a claim and i was kept well informed with frequent updates and the helpful staff answered any questions or queries i had. They were prompt and educated me patiently with the more complicated legal details, i believe they made my experience as stress free as possible, and i would recommend them.

Took a while but not to the fault of LGA. I brought my claim to Lancaster because they are know to be reliable and they've shown nothing but that since the claim went out. Thank you LGA and hopefully I won't need you in the future 😉😂

The lady I spoke to was incredibly lovely and very helpful, just made the whole process as straight forward and nice as possible.

From start to current, Sophoe from LGA has been amazing in helping me with my claim. From someone hitting my motorcycle in a carpark, struggling to get cctv, pushing for further information and keeping me fully informed on everything that's happening no matter how small I cannot praise them enough for what they've done! I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I know I'm in great hands!

They answer the phone very quickly, they were extremely helpful and supportive during what was quite a stressful time. It was great knowing they were there to support me.
