They’ve been brilliant start to finish, a lady called Grace especially so as I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the things that came up originally, but she was more than happy to explain everything to me

This has been a new experience for me and I have had great communications from the service throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in easy terms and I had help from family and they were made to feel just as important as I was.
Julie the last person to us speaking to was helpful and explained everything. I even had an email thanking me for out time.
Would highly recommend the service and company.

My experience with Lancaster Gate Assistance has been extremely disappointing.

What should have been a straightforward process of agreeing a vehicle valuation and settling my claim turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged experience. Despite agreeing a valuation, the company has not paid the full amount agreed and has withheld the VAT element of the settlement without what I believe to be a valid justification. I have formally complained about this, but the issue remains unresolved.

There were also several other problems, including delays in collecting the hire car and a failure to provide me with a copy of the vehicle valuation report despite my requests.

Overall, I found the claims handling to be poor, with a lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Lancaster Gate Assistance and would encourage others to consider this carefully before using their services.

I honestly can’t recommend Lancaster Gate highly enough. Maisy, Tyler and Toby have all been absolutely brilliant throughout the handling of my no-fault motorcycle insurance claim.

They have been incredibly professional, helpful and patient, and have worked tirelessly to secure a very fair settlement from what was an extremely difficult third-party insurer. They never gave up and continued to work hard, on my behalf throughout the whole process.

Every phone call is answered, emails are sent promptly, and every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been professional, friendly and courteous. Most importantly, they made me feel like a person and not a problem, which made such a difference during what was a very stressful situation.

I genuinely can’t thank Maisy, Tyler and Toby enough for all their hard work, patience and support. They have been fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend Lancaster Gate to anyone looking for motorcycle insurance.

Received a call this morning and spoke with Sadie regarding my daughter involved in a motorbike accident. Sadie was extremely helpful and ensures she was very clear with all the Information regarding the claim.

Everyone was very helpful and lovely over the phone. There aren't any issues that I can think of that would make it any less than 5 stars. The claim seems to be moving relatively quickly which is great!
