Abysmal customer service.
Took wrong payment amount, then rang me to take another €80 which would have drove up my premium so I asked for time to think about it.
Pressed me to pay , I didn't and I got insurance €95 cheaper elsewhere .
Then was told my deposit would be refunded today, not its a wait to get it back
Customer service very poor,,don't answer emails when things aren't going their way.
Was with them a long time, never again .

It's a waste of time very good in talking about it & give u the wrong information about the insurance u purchased by paying for it straight away.Then rolls over like a football.at the if we have to sort it out have to purchase another policy from more experience companies.Its a waste of time dealing with this crowd wasting your time money and stress with it it's the bonus of it dealing with this crowd

absolutely worst company ever , won't transfer my van insurance onto a hire vehicle , simple things that everywhere else in the world are no problem .
Ireland's insurance monopoly at it's worst .
disgusted with it'service , will be lodging an official complaint to the ombudsman.

After many years insuring my van with this company, I decided to change to small car to save money as van was no longer needed.
I took out a new insurance with another company for my new old car. I could not get insurance disc sent out to me because of a small technical hiccup, most likely caused by use of AI.
This took almost two weeks to rectify. If it wasn't for Lauren Moloney of insuremyvan,who bent over backwards to accommodate me, I think it never would have been sorted. Pity more companies don't employ people like this.
