Thats worse company in Ireland, for refund money you have to wait ages, but where they charge you , they took your money straight away.

I took out van insurance with insuremyvan.ie in June 2025. They were very professional and overall I got a really good quote considering I had no ‘no claims bonus’…

Maybe these guys should follow a course on how to be polite to ( potential ) customers. Pure rudeness and no respect for the people who are / would be paying their salary. If your not a potential customer they just hang up. I would never do business with them.

Rude with dodgy practices
I’ve called them a couple of times and was met with a consistently poor attitude. The agents were quite rude — interrupting me mid-sentence while I was answering their questions, and showing zero interest in actually understanding the insurance situation. On top of that, their practices seem questionable. They listed someone as the main driver despite me clearly stating this person is the company owner and will not be driving the vehicle. That’s not just a mistake — it’s carelessness.
I’m gladly paying €200 more to go with an insurer I can actually trust.
