We used Integrar services for our recent remortgage. They were quick to respond to any queries and kept us informed at every stage of the progress. Their online portal is quite handy to track progress. The case worker Roo was very helpful.

I must admit i was a wary to start with as I had never dealt with an online conveyancer I guess that's what they are doing). Setting up the account and navigating through the registration was well documented. All requests on me were clear and the team were good at chasing up if they needed more details from me. I spoke to the Barclays re mortgage team a few times....when I was either stuck or wanted clarification on what I needed to do. I spoke to nathan and Jake who we very helpful. Best time to gt them was early in the morning as they tend to be really busy during the day. Overall very happy.thanks

Charged twice for ID checks (2 files going at the same time)
In the end Barclays had to intervene to sort things out

They were slow, didn’t do what they said they would by the deadlines they sat. Poor communication, unhelpful over the phone and didn’t reply to emails. Would avoid.

They on purpose completed within a month before we were about to switch onto variable rate despite average time being 3 months. Thank you
