Terrible.
Our conveyancer never answered the phone and responded to emails 48+ hours later.
Everything was sent over to her within 24 hours of request. 5 weeks later I’m asked for the same information and questions on documents that have been held for weeks. At the day of completion I was left uncertain whether or not it would actually complete due to lack of communication, slow responses and incompetence.

Absolutely excellent service our Conveyancer Kayleigh Molley was exceptional. Quick and fast response always. Keeper informed all way through the process.

From start to finish, this have been a smooth process. It went on slightly longer than I wished but no fault of arrow. The communication was instant with any questions or concerns sorted within the same day. Tarren and the team very professional and also very understanding with the situation and also helped when I didn’t fully understand something.

Ramsha was an incredible help during our house buying process. She was always available to answer calls and emails, even though she wasn’t our case handler. We’d had a really negative experience with Arrow Conveyancing, but Ramsha turned it around and made the experience much easier. Without her, we most likely wouldn’t have the keys to our new home. She really went above and beyond to answer all of our queries, and never showed any hesitation to help us even when we had lots of questions. She was an absolute professional throughout.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company at all. Communication is probably the worst I have ever experienced. During the conveyancing process (which we're now several months into) I've chased for weeks asking for updates but they never pick up the phone or respond to emails. So I've been left in the dark only to eventually be told they need a specific document or that they are waiting for something, leaving me wondering if weeks have been wasted. The lack of transparency regarding timelines is actually appalling.

I feel very let down and compelled to write this review to warn others. I'd strongly advise anyone considering them for conveyancing to look elsewhere.

Where to start…arrow conveyancing and more importantly caitlain without doubt the most unprofessional, un educated, embarrassing conveyancing company Ive ever come across.

A simple transfer of equity between me and my ex partner which going off advice of other solicitors should take no longer than 4-8 weeks, 9 months, 2 mortgage extensions, constant missed expiry dates for valuations and mortgage deadlines missed.

I myself have used a respectable professional law firm during this process and my ex partner used arrow, minimum wait times for responses from caitlain you can expect over a week to basic emails.

Absolutely embarrassing service from this company cannot recommend that anybody who reads this strongly enough to stay away from arrow conveyancing 1 star is far too many to rate this company.

You will waste your money, you will have deadlines missed, and you will more than likely lose sale or purchase.
