Very good after sales service, would buy from there again

I purchased a laptop from Intercomp which unfortunately did not work properly. When I went back to return it, they did not have any suitable replacements. Most of the available options in that range were very low quality.

They offered me alternatives from their stock, and the only model I was interested in was the Acer Swift 3, but it was priced around €500 more than other local stores such as Klikk. I tried to meet them halfway on price, but no reasonable solution was offered.

In the end, I was given an Aspire Spin 14, which has been very disappointing. It already feels slow and laggy with minimal use. My only other option was a credit note that expires in one month, which is not very fair for such a large purchase.

On the positive side, the front desk sales staff in Pama were professional, polite, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, they were limited in what they could do and were unable to offer a proper solution.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and a waste of money. I expected better customer service and flexibility. I always prefer to support local businesses and share positive experiences, but unfortunately this was not one of them. I will still share my experience honestly with others so they can make informed decisions.

Don't buy from them they will try to con you.

After selling me a garbage product, I tried to return it. They made me jump hoops, over ot, I had to go to a separate office where the smug receptionist gave me the attitude and had the audacity to tell me she can only refund in store credit.

I told them how that's unacceptable and I had to make a small comotion to get my money back. Criminal business practice.

Intercomp shoreline great service , was served very well

At the shop in shoreline really rude staff,a guy not patient. I don't recommend at all.

A very convenient shop and great service. Maroushka the shop assistant was very helpful as I am not quite a professional in technology. She went way ahead to help me and I am really thankful.

Intercomp Malta A company who cannot handle the phones as nobody to answer, cannot handle an order as nobody to deliver, wont give you any help to assist you with a delivery. And if you are lucky to order something that is in stock, it might take about a week to get from marsa to sliema, but i am still waiting......Intercomp Malta (The Plaza Shopping Centre) I pity the brands you represent.

They are not excepting a return because they said the box was open (item immaculate). After this, I checked with the Consumer Rights authority and they confirmed what you have done is illegal by Maltese and EU law. Unfortunately, I find out this is common for all these small Maltese companies (respect big international players) that are going to do anything to save €100, leaving the customer experiences as the last priority (and in my case acting against the law). If you had a similar case as mine contact me since I'm going to open an official dispute with the authorities, more we are and more compensation refunds can take from these scammers.
