I hired them for an Exterior Visualization project on a modern residential building. The whole thing took about two months, with quite a few revisions along the way as we tweaked the lighting and landscaping details. The team showed real dedication, always responsive and incorporating all our feedback quickly. Special thanks to Mary, the project manager, who kept everything on track and made communication smooth. The final renders had incredible attention to detail – everything looked photorealistic, from the materials to the surrounding environment. The results turned out stunning and really helped with client presentations. Definitely glad I went with them.

On May 4th, 2025, Sarah from Maverick contacted me and said, "We’d like to offer a complimentary test 3D render for any of your projects. This will let you see the quality of our work and experience firsthand how smooth it is to collaborate with us." I accepted the offer, and when I sent the materials for the rendering, I later received an email from Maverick on June 25th asking for $645 to produce the CGI they had initially offered to provide for free.

After I sent proof of their initial offer, they finally initiated the work. Once the first colored version was delivered, I requested a few amendments so we could share the image with our client, as we were collaborating on a real luxury project. At that point, Nick, the Head of Sales, refused to finalize the test unless we committed to developing additional projects with them — completely contradicting the purpose of the test, which was to evaluate the experience before any commitment.

Despite this, I inquired about the payment required to complete the test. Over the next 30 days, we sent three emails but received no response. Unsurprisingly, the project suffered, the client became upset, and the time invested by everyone was wasted. This was far from the professional experience we were expecting.

Mel and his team did a fantastic job ! Couldn’t have asked for a better project to be delivered, looking very forward to working with them again.
