For anyone with a reptile this site is worth a look ...... we've shopped here a couple of times now and the service was faultless , great selection of products and great prices , as for the dispatch time that was quick ordered and dispatched the same day . We'll definitely be shopping here again .

Generally very good. Very cheap and quality live food. A couple of times I have ordered 2 reptile live foods and a bag of live aquatic food but the bag of aquatic food wasn't in the parcel. Other than that it's been good with speedy delivery too. Can't remember dates of the experiences but it was late 2024

ordered a vivarium and cabinet.
cabinet arrived damaged and no sign of the vivarium, online tracking hasn't been updated so looks like it's gone missing.
you can only get intouch with the company via email for online orders, and they don't respond.
Shame as I've ordered from them before with no issues, however, it seems when you do have a problem they aren't interested

Made an order for a complete reptile setup which was received very quickly, once everything was set up unfortunately a piece of equipment was faulty, was definitely damaged while being delivered. I contacted Internet Reptile and explained what happened, they was quick and responsive to my query, they sent me a link for a returns label. As soon as they received it back they released a replacement which I got within 2 days. I will definitely be using and recommending them to others. The actual setup is exactly how it's described on website and looks brilliant.
