Absolutely unacceptable service from INTIME Bulgaria. It’s hard to understand how they are allowed to represent UPS.

Customer service is practically nonexistent — you cannot reach them for days, and there is zero communication about delivery status. You’re left completely in the dark with no accountability.

What’s worse, for the fourth time in a row, my delivery has failed due to a supposedly “missing” phone number, even though it is clearly visible in the UPS email. This is not a one-off mistake — it’s a repeated failure that shows either complete incompetence or a broken internal process.

Extremely unreliable and frustrating. Avoid if possible.

At best, they are 3-4 days slower than the competition.

Абсолютно неприемлемо обслужване! Въпреки че в приложението на Decathlon пратката се показваше като "доставена" още от сутринта, в реалност нямаше никаква доставка.
Получих само приблизителна дата за доставка (около 2.2.2026), но БЕЗ конкретен ден, БЕЗ часови прозорец, и БЕЗ предварително обаждане от шофьора. Как се очаква клиентът да бъде на адреса 24 часа в денонощието?
Когато най-накрая се обади шофьорът, той беше изключително груб и нелюбезен. Попита ме дали съм на адреса, обяснях му че съм на 5 минути разстояние, но той категорично отказа да изчака. По-късно разбрах, че той ДОРИ НЕ БЕ ДОШЪЛ на моя адрес - обаждаше се от локацията на предишната си доставка! Той самият щеше да се закъснее с няколко минути, но явно неговото време е по-ценно от моето.
След това - НУЛА официална комуникация какво трябва да направя. Шофьорът ми даде някакви неясни указания по телефона къде е складът на фирмата. Наложи се АЗ да ходя до техния склад (където няма дори рецепция за клиенти - само шофьорът с бусa). Там трябваше да платя в брой и да подпиша ПРЕДИ да видя артикула, въпреки че продавачът ми беше обещал, че ще имам възможност да разгледам и пробвам ръкавиците, за да видя дали ми стават.
Това е най-лошата куриерска услуга, която съм използвал! Пълна липса на организация, грубо отношение и нулев респект към клиента. НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ!

Every single negative comment is exactly what i have experienced with this clown company. Absolute joke. Such a shame that UPS are partnering with them for Bulgaria.

Ако искате въобще да пристигнат спестете си използването на "услугата" на тези лъжци и некадърници. 😀 Най бавната и сбъркана куриерска фирма у нас, пратката ми трябваше да е при мен на 18ти, звънят ми на 22 пренасочвам я за даден квартал и на следващия ден (днес) се озовава на другия край на София. Да не говорим че "експресна доставка" при тях не съществува, централата им никой не се сеща да вдигне телефона (най вероятно въобще няма служител на смяна) и като цяло цялата компания е пълен дроп. Плащаш доставка и накрая ти казват най добре да си го вземете от централата. 😀 Няма толкова сбъркана и обатачена друга куриерска фирма у нас. Спестете си главоболията и използвайте някоя от многобройните други, за втори път ми се изпраща пратка от чужбина по UPS (това автоматично означава, че в България я поема "InTime") и за втори път се занимавам с крайните идиотщини броени дни преди празниците, да не говорим че въобще няма да имам подарък за празниците, понеже заради "професионализма" на дадената компания пратката ми от 18 ще дойде на 29. Ако пак не объркат нещо. Трябва да се преименувате на "NotInTime" поне да не залъгвате хората още от името си.

Worst experience ever! I don't recommend.

Dont ever use this company, I cannot get my package for more than 3 months. If you want to prevent yourself of losing money and nerves don't do it!!!

So i ordered from AliExpress and InTime was responsible for the bulgarian side of shipping. I had messed up my address and upon calling them, the girl was polite and helpful, even offered same day correction. The delivery driver was on point and polite. There were no issues with the product.

Worst delivery ever.
If there was a lower rating I would give them one.
Avoid this Delivery company.
Never use them or you risk having your order delayed for the most ridiculous and insane reason and for a long time.
The courier who doesn't know where one of the most famous streets in the city is or maybe his GPS system is broken.
Most likely the courier was too lazy to work on Friday and decided to leave early and the easiest thing to do was to say that he couldn't find the address.
What other reason could he find for not delivering a package scheduled for delivery.
On the next day the same continue but they even cannot find the address of its own office.

The worst company ever !!! It's a shame that UPS using them for delivery in Bulgaria. We have orders every week from Germany and Netherland, the delivery is "express" which cost us more but not the service!!! Every time the orders are coming late and every time you have to wondering that it will arrive or not. JUST RIDICULOUS SERVICE !!!!

Absolute scam of a company. I can’t believe UPS are using them as a partner.

They want to charge me for a delivery fee (which was already paid in the UK) and VAT fee (on a personal item <100€ which was bought in Bulgaria to begin with) which exceeds the amount of my package.

If anything, they should be investigated and shut down absolutely abusing the folks that don’t know better than to trust these charlatans.

I honestly do not understand how such a large company as UPS can choose intime.bg as a delivery partner. This is a joke of a company. Those people do not belong in a serious business. They have NEVER delivered any of my packages on time!

Няма по-големи мизерници и долняри, не само че са бавни на гъз а и те рекетират за 60лв, за същото което БГ Пост взимат 3.60. Боклуци долни.

Случвало ми се и преди да получавам през тях UPS пратки, които са в отвратително състояние, мърляви, кални, накъсани, но последната случка е много фрапантна и ме мотивира да напиша това ревю. Получих пратка със скъпи компоненти, в скъсан кашон, целия налепен с тяхно тиксо, от който липсваха части за почти 1000 евро. Ако има как, изберете друг спедитор, особено ако смятате да превозвате нещо ценно.

In Time LTD (Ин тайм ООД) are a FRAUD!!!
They deliver for UPS in Bulgaria, but every time is the same thing, Tracking says: Attempted Delivery, without anyone calling me, ringing the door bell, nothing. And every single time, I have to call them and their explanation is: "oh, we've have the wrong number" which is also a lie, cause the label of the parcel, has the right phone number on it! Do not use them for anything, do not trust them with anything! Hope UPS stops doing business with this fraudulent company.

They regularly delay the delivery of international shipments to an address, although from abroad they have arrived on time at their hub. Their couriers cannot find obvious and easy addresses in the center of the capital city. Complaints for delay are belatedly given ridiculous explanations.
