Figured I would tell my story on here. I made a purchase from them about 3 years ago. Never got any update on it ever being delivered, but they did take my money from me. Never got a cent back from them and I never received my product. Their customer service is absolute garbage. Please save yourself the time and the money and NEVER buy from them.

I made an order worth $25 for items I don't even remember because it's been that long since I gave up trying to get my refund. There was apparently a glitch and they said I could choose different items or get a refund, and I chose a refund. I tried contacting them over a span of three months and they never gave me a straight answer. Bad customer service and it's a scam. This was about two years ago.

Ordered around $150 worth of clothing from here back in August of 2017, still haven't received it...going on two and a half years now. Don't waste your money.

I honestly thought I was the only one who got screwed over by this website, but apparently not. I bought a sweater in 2017 for 27 dollars and never got it, when I was repeatedly contacting them for my sweater they continued to tell me that it was coming but it must have been lost in the mail. More time goes by, I try to contact them again about the sweater and then they stopped replying completely. Such a damn scam, I have no clue how they we're allowed to screw over so many people. I know it's only twenty seven dollars, but really how low can you be.

Yepp! You guessed it! Order something (10 USD) NEVER RECEIVED IT. Order was placed in November 2017 and never got a refund or package. Someone emailed me and said I would receive a “partial” refund (seriously partial on a 10$ order okay). Haven’t heard anything since

I ordered a backpack 3 years ago and never received nor got a refund. When I tried to contact them they just blamed post office on that the package got lost.
They just took my over 50€ without even sending anything to me.

Ordered a £100 jacket 3 years ago. It never came, instead they kept giving me coupons for free cheap products and only 1 turned up. Absolute scam STAY AWAY. They basically stole £100 off me. They deserve to go jail

DISGRACEFUL. Total scam, they take money then don't respond when you ask them where the product is. They said it was in China so that's why it gets lost and takes forever but they lied they are based in Philadelphia U.S! Not only that but they scammed their manufacturer (store dog dog who have now made a successful store of their own, unbothered and making money). They are literally gone from the internet now the store no longer exists and that is what it deserves. Absolute fraud these people are going to JAIL!

lol this deserves LESS than one star definitely! i came across their Instagram page and saw they were having some deals where basically some items are free and you just have to pay shipping (should have been suspicious at this point). i ordered 5 items all said to be free and all I did was pay for shipping. after a few weeks went by i still hadn’t received anything in the mail but i wasn’t too pressed about it considering I’ve waiting up to a month for items beforehand. but a month, TWO months pass by and I still haven’t received anything! I check the tracking number and there was nothing! So I proceeded to email them and they considered giving me a coupon but I declined and stated that I wanted my items. They then proceeded to say that I was only able to claim ONE of the five items I had “bought” they gave me a whole statement on how basically the shipping I paid for only covered one item??! so I picked my one “free” gift, another month came and nothing. I budged them at least 5 times and they gave me the same story over and over again.

I bought a shirt and it never arrived. I emailed them and they kept dodging a refund when I demanded one. Offered a discount instead but I was only interested in the refund. Kept emailing back and they kept restarting the conversation. I didn't give up, which is what they want you to do. Finally after 6 MONTHS of emailing they finally processed refund. WASTE OF TIME. TRULY RUBBISH.

I ordered a jacket that happened to be on sale back in November 2017. I've ordered items from China before, so I'm pretty understanding of shipping times. However, it should never take more than a couple months.

I never received my jacket and contacted them about it in March 2018, in which they told me my order had already been processed and that I'd get a tracking number "soon." Six months later, no product, no tracking number, nothing. Looking to file a complaint with BBB.

Don't waste your time with them. They sell wholesale items, which means you can get the exact same products from far more dependable retailers elsewhere.

These people operate their business in Philadelphia. Someone should complain to the city about them. It's a 26 year old mexican woman dating an old japanese dude. Taking everyone's cash and not fulfilling the orders.
File a claim with your credit card company, they will be fined a charge back and forced to give a refund. IF you paid thru pay pal, contact paypal. They will shut them down!

Sites like Inu Inu and Kokopie sell the exact same clothes as sites like AliExpress. I mean, the exact same, as in from the same manufacturers, so the quality is identical.

There's a $70 skirt on Inu Inu that you like? Chances are you'll find it on Ali Express for $10 if you look hard enough.

It's disgusting how overpriced their items are. You'd think for how expensive their clothes are they'd at least be amazing quality and that they'd have competent customer service and would promptly ship items, but they can't even do that.

Bought my girlfriend pastel sky bedding from this shoddy company as she said it was fine (she received an item she’d bought in the past) . That was on the 6th of December. It’s now the 14th of July, I have not received anything even though they took my money straight away. I am absolutely furious. The customer service is next to nothing, they barely ever reply to you and when they do it’s one message and then you have to wait another week to hear anything back. Do NOT buy from this store.

complete scam. offered free items so I bought some things and added a couple of free items because it told me to add multiple. then didnt device any confirmation after paying. I and very understanding about things from china taking a awhile but i emailed because I wanted confirmation the order had gone through. they then told be that my free items weren't valid and to only pick one. the others I had intended for a gift and tbh the shipping want worth it for the items I had actually bought, so i asked if I could cancel the order seeing has they hadn't processed it because of the 'invalid free things' problem. they said yes and then didn't get back to me. since then I have sent multiple emails to which they replied saying id get a refund in a week. of course it never came. and now they aren't even replying to me. Just ignoring me which is just great.
