SPENT OVER $50 AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!!! I contacted them multiple times and they answered saying it was on its way when they didn't even ask for a receipt or my tracking info...? Complete scam.

I ordered on 11/22/17 as of 4/25/18 still have not received my order. Do not order from this fake business

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ORDERED A T-SHIRT FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS. IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS AND 8 EMAILS LATER AND STILL NO T-SHIRT. JUST ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. I HAVE ASKED FOR MY REFUND. LETS SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES.

I also fell for the scam and bought 70 dollars worth of 'merchandise'
its been weak excuse after excuse until I had to flat out demand a refund
can't wait to hear all the excuses why they can't give me my money back for another five months

This whole site is probably just a scam tbh. I ordered $200 worth of stuff in November, partially by accident because I put my order in twice without realizing it. I contacted them almost immediately about canceling the second order and was told they’d contact the shipping department and let me know when it was taken care of. Never heard back. Rinse and repeat about three times a month until February, at which point I asked for a refund on both orders- most of what I was getting was Christmas presents, so obviously I had no use for them in February. Again, all they would say to me was that they would check with the shipping department, or that something had been out of stock but they had it back in now and it would ship the following week. Not even a recognition of my request for a refund. I ended up filing a report with the BBB, and that finally got them to give me a refund from them a few days ago (mid March). Basically only use this site if you want to literally throw money into a void and have nothing to show for it or any adequate type of customer service.

Ordered a sweater in November to get it for Christmas. Around the middle of January I sent an email asking about it, and they assured me that it's coming and that it takes 1-2 months for it to get made/prepared for shipment. They said they would give me a 10% refund as an apology. Heard nothing since, and I'm about to email again.

It wouldn't be too bad if they would keep me updated instead of leaving me in the dark.

It's a shame, because my girlfriend really wants some of the things on there but I will NEVER do business with them again.

Made 2 orders on December 8th and 9th, have 23 emails and 2 fake receipts saying they were giving me refunds. Its now almost Valentine's Day and still no refunds or products. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. How are these scumbags still in business?!

Awful customer service, placed an order 4 months ago and still haven't received it. They also keep coming up with excuses why they cannot refund me. Terrible company, avoid at all costs!

I ordered $200 of clothes on inu inu, it's been 4 months and they still haven't ship it to me yet (only shipped $30 sweater). Customer service is the worst and useless. Completely a scam.

Took my order, took my money and that was it. I asked what was up and got the same run around everyone else got. It's a scam business and i have a lawyer contacting them now. They didn't get much out of me but they're stealing a ton a little at a time. Someone needs to be in prison.

It’s been like.....6 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my shirt, I keep emailing them and I keep getting the same coupons and the same “we’re trying our best! UwU”, I spent $30 on the shirt, complete scam.

Complete scam. Ordered three items of 20 dollars in total, which never came. I emailed them after a month of not even recieving a confirmation email and they said it’d ship in two weeks. After countless emails to them I have only received this email back. It’s five months later and I never got my package, or a proper email. Do NOT use this store.

Terrible company. Just Terrible.
Ordered 5 items for $24.95
Did not receive items for two months, inquired about items and was told that they would only send me 3 items instead of 5. Say what?
I responded that I expected my 5 items as seen on my receipt.
Was told I could choose between getting 3 items or a refund.
When I asked for the refund, they asked me to email them back in one week to ask for the refund again.
Who Does That!

still waiting (after a month) for an order to come in. going to try emailing, but based on the reviews here, i guess i was scammed. this was supposed to be a christmas present that id give with what little money i have and if i cant get a full refund i'll freak tf out

Terrible company. Took money 5 months ago but no t-shirt delivered. Have requested a refund many times but all we get is that the matter is with the shipping department so can't be cancelled until they have confirmed that it hasn't been shipped. From other reviews online this company would appear to be some kind of scam. Do not give this company your money. We will be asking the bank to claw back the payment made.

They advertise free merchandise on facebook, stating you only need to pay for shipping. I ordered one of the "free" items and paid $9.95 for shipping. After one month I emailed them asking about where my order was as I still had not received a shipping confirmation. They said my order was still in the processing stage and they would email me when it was shipped, and would give me a 10% refund for the inconvenience. They never refunded me the 10%, and a month later I still had not received a shippig confirmation. I emailed them again, asking for a refund and cancellation this time and they said they would have to contact their shipping department to cancel it and they would contact me once the cancellation was confirmed. They asked me to follow up on the following Saturday, which I did, and they repeated that the "query is with the shipping department" and that they would update me when my order was cancelled. A week later I contacted them again asking why I still hadnt recieved a cancellation confirmation, and they AGAIN repeated that they had contacted the shipping department and still hadnt heard back but i would hear when it was cancelled. Its been almost four months now, they are still giving me the run around. I looked up the company and all reviews say they have had the same problem and received the exact same response from the company.

As if that weren't bad enough, I googled the addresses they list in their emails, and they were all vacant apartments.

The company is a scam and needs to be shut down

I ordered something on May 4th.
By May 27th I had heard nothing more, so I emailed customer service and they reassured me that the order was still being processed. They gave me a slight discount because of the delay.
By June 18th I decided I'd waited long enough. I emailed requesting cancellation… No response.
On June 28th, I sent a second request for cancellation via Facebook and email. They did then refund me fully. Wouldn't order from them again. Ridiculous shipping time, and was difficult to get a response from them.
It's a shame, they have some really nice-looking items.

INU INU is my favorite online shop! I love their clothing soooo much <3
