This review is my opinion and not slanderous or defamatory.
They keep removing my review because they dont like negative feedback but its the true experience of the service so maybe provide a better service? As a tenant, I found them incredibly misleading. They told me I didn't have to be there and I foolishly trusted they would be honest and provide an honest check-out. They are very thorough but it's not a good user interface for any contestations or any disputes on this. Their photos clearly show items and then they say the items aren't there - makes no sense.
Dont listen to them if they say you can leave... stay and absolutely make sure they dont make mistakes

Our role as an independent inventory company is to provide an impartial and factual record of a property’s condition at the time of inspection. We aim to document all observations with detailed notes and photographs to ensure transparency for all parties involved.
Attendance at a check-out inspection is optional, and many tenants choose not to attend. However, we always welcome attendance where possible, as it provides an opportunity for any questions to be raised during the appointment.
We take concerns regarding report accuracy seriously. If you believe there are any discrepancies between photographs and written observations, we would be happy to review the specific points raised and discuss them further.
We are committed to maintaining high professional standards and appreciate all feedback that helps us improve our service
Great service
We’ve been using InventoryFlex for over 5 month now and find them to be very helpful, thorough and friendly. They work around our sometimes tight deadlines and ensure that reports are sent back to us promptly. We would recommend InventoryFlex to all agencies and landlords out there.
