So angry right now
So angry right now. ... Thye were charging me for the maximum dosage of semaglutide and I double checked with them that it was actually the highest dosage as the medication stopped working for me. They checked it for 5 minutes on the phone and swore to me it was the highest dosage... I stopped the medication and went to a different online co. recommended by Forbes. Quess what? The dosage was HALF of what the max dose should be...!!!!! But they were charging me with shipping 411 dollars. for HALF THE MAX DOSAGE WHICH I was told I was on one year after starting with their company... So, p oed and so grateful I found my new company. the kicker? The max dose at my new place with shipping is 125 LESS a month.. BEWARE!

Poor service
Placed my order on 6/12, spoke with a specialist 6/17 and my status is still on intake forms. I have not been able to reach anyone regarding my order so the response time of 72 hours is not true at all. I'm very disappointed as they are quick to take your money and slow to follow-up.

Unable to get callback After leaving message 4 days in a row
I made the purchase through Groupon for the 3 month semaglutide and it’s been a week now and I’ve tried returning the consultation call I missed 4 times over a 4 day span and still haven’t received a call back so my prescription is on hold and no one to contact. Very frustrated!!

Spoiled Medication
I ordered medication from these guys and kept it in the freezer like their doctors suggested me to do. The vial started developing some deposits after a while. The vial was never even opened and i did not get to use the medication even once. When i contacted customer service, they said they will not replace it.

UPDATE: I originally thought this was just a review for a specific employee as opposed to the entire business. Knowing what I know now, I want to say the shipping was incredibly fast. The product is legit. I have already lost about 10lbs. The Invigor YouTube page has a ton of information. I couldn't be happier!!
Robbie went above and beyond with the customer service. I'm very impressed and would love all future dealings to be handled by Robbie. Please give Robbie a well deserved raise and vacation!! They need to all be like Robbie! No, I do not personally know Robbie.
