I enjoy working with Triumph. My only wish, is that it would be great if the funding was done by 3:30p CST consistently to allow ACHs to be completed before the 4:00pm banking cut-off time.

You need to choose this company for your factoring company! Sherry is the one that factors all the loads I send in &she is by far the NICEST person EVER! That's the top reason why I am staying with this company, everyone that works here is always super friendly. I get my loads wired to me &I always get the funds by 2/3pm. I am SO glad that I have Triumph Business Capital as my factoring company -definitely looking forward in doing more business with them!

Only use the web to load my invoices. 8x I have loaded money on my fuel card, since August I have been a customer with triumph but so far 4x loads on the fuel card that I plan to use with my drivers get defaulted to the bank, yes I get paid but have to scramble to get my drivers money, 1 time they had to set, a loss of over 1,000 because I believe that the Wed sit and people told me it would work. Now I have plan b and c because the web site messing up. Oh you say, I have complained, I also email my team leader on what loads, po's,BOL's where it needs to go, bank or fuel card and still have problems. . That's why you don't get a 100 or 5 stars. Note: if you don't need a fuel card, 5 stars.

The accounting department talking with many our customers and viewing the postmark dates it takes an average of 12-14 days for a payment to be posted. We know that the USPS can sometimes be slow but not across the board like this. Earlier this year when visited by Triumph folks it was relayed to them that postings were taking about 10 days and we were told that it would be fixed. It is now taking longer rather than less time to be posted. This skews the actual A/R turn times and adds to finance costs.

strait forward company very easy to work with

They do not work in a timely manner it takes a long time to get funded and the emails you send they don't reply back hardly.. If you send your stuff in early morning you still have to wait all day to get funded. I think they need to fix this problem and be more on time in getting back with you. If things don't change I am going to seek a new company to factor with.

I would like to express no matter how many times it is written on the cover sheet how I would like my funds split at least every week is improperly disbursed. Understandably you must allow for human error.

Triumph Business Capitals online services and customer service can't be beat. We have used their services for the last 8 years and have no reason to consider looking at another factoring company.

I have not had a bad experience with them ever. Steven is my rep and I could not ask for better service from him. If they tell me they will do something, it happens just as they say.
