Their holding my company hostage with ucc filling they will not remove unless i pay 8,000 i havent used them in over 3 years and they pulled this number out of thin air amncalling attorney General office today for fraud at this point dont use this company their a fruad

I like them but you have to understand when you get ready to change or leave them and stop factoring like I did you will get this email. I'm gona paste it below. It will cost you 5,000.00 to terminate your contract.

"You will receive a termination agreement and release via email from out underwriting department at your end of contract.
Your end of contract date is 09/02/23, if you’d like to leave before this date there is an early termination fee that would be due of $5k."

Other than that they always paid on time and it was seamless process. I do understand that they don't want to let you go. Think about it, they are making 15 to 20k a year off of you with virtually no risk because they won't approve any broker with bad credit so it's like free money. I wouldn't want to make it easy to let you go neither.

This is the worst factory , they are taking for two time 118 $ for a detention that a company didn’t pay and I've been trying to close my contract with them since July. They told me that I should have asked them in June that next June I sent them a letter to unsubscribe in July and now they have my account blocked. They're no good factory

I'm here to echo the sentiments of others. They were never that good, but they used to be "okay." I don't know what's happened over the last couple years, but they have become the worst company EVER! They don't care about you at all. They will not work with you to resolve issues. All they care about is getting your money and if you have a problem and need to talk to someone, good luck. Maybe they'll get back to you, maybe they won't. Stay away at all costs! Literally every funding is a pain! Not worth the headaches when there's so many better, customer service-oriented options available.

So the trucking industry by nature is always hard, and harder on carriers when the factoring company sucks! We were with Triumph Business Capital since 2014 because they were ok and I never really worked with any other company other than them. We worked with Cherly Baily an excellent account executive that was able to meet our company's needs. After she got transferred or left company we kept being
bounced around from when team to another and all worst than each other with terrible unprofessional attitudes; the team members or customer service would hang up or ignore all calls and never address any issues. Moreover, for the last 2 years TBS took away EFS card which we used to fuel up and took their fuel card away after a $300 unpaid bill was not factored due to a family funeral then refused to reinstate it after we have been working with them since 2014. Every factoring submission became a nightmare one after another and nobody was willing to help even with their mistakes. TBS is just BS and do not recommend this fatoring company to work with. They dont care about you as client but only pocketing most money in their pocket and treat you like your inferior when they have most likley high school drop outa working for the company. Most of them are incompentent and do not know what they are doing. When I told them I wanted to terminate our contract which is over in October and signed the termination letter they rejected 4 times claiming the sigature was not good, just for us not to catch our cutoff date and also claimed we would not be able to get release letter from them until all invoices were completely paid off. This seems like an endless trap since motor carrier factor weekly to meet their company's needs. I found a factoring company that is willing to buy out all our invoices so we can finally get rid of Triumph Business Capital!!!! Thank GOD.If I could rate 0 stars this would be my honest rating.

i worked with triumph bad bad bad they even insulted me over the phone when i wanted to speak to a manager the guy whouldnt transfer me to a manager so could speak about whats going on i had so many open loads they were holding my money everyday so much total disaster dont work with them im working with RTS FINANCIAL now im happy nice so far so good

This company does not do 2 day payments I turned all my paperwork in on April 6th and I have not been paid as of the 13th this is not quickpay my quickpay has been pending for a week I do not recommend this company

I used to use triumph but after stopping using there service I wanted to get a release letter from them and they completely ignored my request. And a lot of excuses not to giving me my release letter.

Ana is the best customer service person I have worked with in a very long time. This lady deserves a million stars!

I inquired to Triumph Business Capital about factoring two invoices I had unpaid, instead of waiting 30 days they were able to provide me a term sheet same day, underwrite me within 2 weeks, and fund the same day.

Mark Dubs is the nicest, most professional, amazing/outgoing person you'll ever talk to in this industry. He was probably in the back butting heads with the UWs for all I know, LOL! If you ever need some invoices factored tell them Sebastian sent you. Triumph is the wave, and is on top & #1! :)

So hard to reach them never answering the calls. They need to improve by being on top of the calld.

Terrible communication. It was not always like this. Our account representative is constantly changing, I am assuming at this point there is a very high staff turn over. When documentation is needed I have had to email it multiple times before someone does anything with it. If they answer when you call you will get different answers from one staff member to the next, then they are rude when you question them. There is a team email now vs emailing a specific person like we used to. I had started doing a read receipt when I send emails, I receive the notification showing it has been read, I have yet to receive a response in the 2021 calendar year. This company was great to deal with before it was bought out. I would not recommend Triumph Business, save yourself the headache.

I have given up, I have sent countless emails and phone calls leaving voice mails begging for communication and got no response. I have several friends that recommended that I use Triumph factoring. For reasons unknown it’s not working out for me? I just need to get paid! This has been by far the worst experience.

This is the worst company I have ever came across.

Triumph got our MC# mixed up with another company's MC# over two years ago. Because of the other company's pay pattern they have given a poor rating to our company. We have tried on numerous occasions to get it corrected and are always told that it has been corrected . . . but it never is because no one has the authority to correct it. Very poor customer service.

Wow I read the review I I automatically changed my mind bc I have 3 millions dollars gross a year my company, sorry I have to look for defferent one
