Brilliant customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing any bother. Love my frames so was just updating my prescription but they have a great choice of frames. Highly recommend.

Lovely sunglasses
Lovely glasses but took quite a long time for order to be ready. Could have been they were busy with sun glasses in summer. Lovely amazing product. Staff lovely and helpful as usual. Would recommend

It's great you can just turn up without an appointment. I absolutely love my prescription sunglasses. They look fab and my vision seems better than with my normal glasses.

Fabulous styles and a great customer service! I love the Edinburgh shop and I got several prescription as well as sunglasses there. I also love the fact that the thinning of the glasses is included so they look funky even if they are quite strong.

Great service and range of products

A good retail experience.
A good shopping experience and the glasses were ready on time, which is good. And I was able just to pop into collect, no appointment needed.

Great value, great service and friendly. staff
I only went to the shop in Richmond with my daughter but ended up buying. Some sunglasses. They had an excellent range at very reasonable prices. The guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly and said they would ensure my glasses would be delivered in time for my holiday a few days later -and they were. A brilliant shop.

The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly, helpful, easygoing. Selection of glasses and sunglasses offers so much choice which is a good thing.
Was actually sent the receipt for the wrong glasses by email however
