I attended the West George Street branch just on closing time on Tuesday this week, after an elderly friend fell badly on the streetb and damaged her glasses. Imogen and Alex could not have been more helpful and kind. HUGE thanks to both members of staff for their concern, expert advice, help and kindness. So highly recommended. Thank you!

Was painless and quick and the glasses arrived within 10 days. Ryan was there to ensure they fit right when I picked them up and a couple days later I went back in for another adjustment- np.

I arrived in the shop after a very roundabout detour because of the recent fire at Central Station so was a bit harassed. All staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Got my glasses tightened and just had to buy a new pair which arrived by post promptly. Thank you to everyone who helped me and made this experience so lovely.

this was my first experience of trying on frames and buying glasses and the staff were so helpful and supportive! they gave advice but also allowed me the space and time to try on all the pairs I was interested in. Super friendly and price was affordable too- would recommend!

The retail store was bright and well layer out. Staff very polite courteous and helpful. The range of glasses were excellent and good value for money. The fitting and ordering were quick and simple. Kept informed by e mail . Finally the clip on sunglasses were an extra bonus and good value, two glasses in one. Well done.

Left us alone to shop around. There was so much to chose from, some more advice would to been helpful for what suits what shape face etc. However the lady that did pur my purchase through in the end, was really pleasant.

The team were super helpful and after much deliberation I chose my fab new glasses. Great value stylish, quality glasses with excellent customer service Iolla is an absolute gem of a find. I'll be heading back for some prescription sunglasses.

Easy to order, let me know promptly that I needed a new eye test. Quick delivery had my glasses within a week! All in all really good service price is ace aswell
