This company is fabulous! Great designs, staff to help you choose frames in a zero pressure environment. I felt at ease in the Cambridge branch, I went into the shop having seen some frames online that I liked. Tried on about 8 different pairs and ended up falling in love with a pair the sales staff chose for me. It was a professional experience where they double check your PD and all of this was included in the price of the frame. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Over 50 years of wearing glasses, and this is the first experience obtaining a new pair that was actually a pleasure. Simple straightforward process, gorgeous frames, lovely vibe in the shop - all perfect. Such nice staff too. Loved it and love my glasses!

Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Choice of frames is great..although due to my face shape I do tend to veer towards the same frames, just choosing a new colour.

I am very happy with my new glasses from Iolla. The assistant was helpful and not pushy when I was choosing frames. The various lens options were all explained very clearly too ( I have varifocals). I was concerned that my strong shortsightedness would result in thick lenses but this was not the case. The end result is frames that I love and good quality lenses at half the cost of what I have previously had to pay.

Very helpful. The arm of my 6 month old specs had broken. A new frame was in stock & lenses transferred.

Ordered a replacement pair of glasses as sadly lost original pair. Paid extra £20 for express service and replacements were ready in 3 days. Fabulous service.

Supreme service from start to finish. I was left alone to browse the massive selection of frames in my own time & as soon as I looked like I wanted help, the staff came to offer assistance.
From frame fitting to returning to collect the finished spectacles was so easy.
The aftercare offered is also second to none.
I cannot recommend their service enough. Price plus service equals a winning formula.

Friendly & helped my wife find a frame that suited & fitted her. We ordered varifocals & a blue light thin lens which would help to protect her eyes from computers.
1 week later we called in to have them fitted/ adjusted by Merlin. My wife is very happy with them. Thank you Merlin.
