I travelled down from
Aberdeen to get new glasses as my husband has several pairs from you. The service was excellent and my glasses were delivered very quickly.

helpfull staff in the shop, decent range of frames, quick delivery, decent quality of final product.

Having a high prescription I’m normally charged an extra £100 plus on top of the price of glasses to have them thinned down, both for comfort and cosmetic appearance. Having worn glasses for 40 years I have spent thousands just to be able to see.
Iolla thin them down as standard, and do a really good job of it!
The choice of glasses is fabulous, modern and trendy.
The staff are great, friendly and knowledgable. I’m fed up of other stores sending me out with staff to pick glasses, and despite their efforts they don’t have a real understanding of what I want or suit. Iolla staff take one look at me and know what is going to work for me. They’re not pushy, they are knowledgable, just refreshingly better!
I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. One week later I’m out the door with my new glasses on.
And all for £85! I HAVE to wear glasses and I have finally found a store that doesn’t penalise me for my high prescription, and I can have more than one pair for the same cost as one pair elsewhere. Even the case is refreshingly better!!! It folds flat!

My daughter suggested I tried IOLLA as my prescription had changed and I needed new glasses. I have been wearing glasses for many, many years and this was my first experience of not purchasing lens and frame from an Optician/optometrist.
I am absolutely delighted with my new glasses. The service was second to none. The staff were interested, friendly and helpful, the range of frames was amazing and my new glasses were made up and dispatched within the week. Apart from having experienced a great service overall, I was particularly struck by the attitudes of all the staff with whom we had contact, (even if it was just for an additional opinion). They appeared interested, upbeat and to be enjoying their work. It felt like a breath of fresh air - a very positive shopping experience!

Great glasses, just as comfortable and great a fit as my really expensive ones from the optician. The lady serving me took a long of time measuring my face to get the frames just right.

Loved how quickly my order was made in the shop. The assistant measured my pupil distance and that was my glasses ordered. They were ready quicker than than they said too. Great service and reasonable price.

Purchased my second set of glasses at the Edinburgh store. Staff very helpful however store was very busy on a Saturday (to be expected) asked to wait and ‘take a seat’ in order for my glasses to be adjusted however only not many seats in store to do this. My glasses adjustment was rushed and I had to have them adjusted again on my return.
I wouldn’t visit on a Saturday again if possible

Staff very helpful in the Edinburgh St James Quarter. Lovely atmosphere, helpful but not intrusive. Great range of glasses, I ended up with 2 pairs the same and lovely staff member sorted out switching to prescription sunglasses with no extra cost. Very unusual for a business to be so helpful.

Design of glasses gives a good range to select from. Staff attentive and quick in dealing with enquiries/questions. Can't fault the overall service

Absolutely faultless. The shop was great, my wife and I had fun trying on lots of frames, service was perfect, very friendly and communication whilst my glasses were being made was great.

Visited the store in Edinburgh and service was friendly and attentive. They advised having my glasses collected in store as they could then adjust them as needed. I agreed but a few days later they arrived in the post. Not ideal but so far, they seem to fit well.
