Very knowledgeable and friendly
JP was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and quickly analysed the situation. And proceeded to inject the treatment powder that should take care of our nest. He also took the time to explain the entire process to us and what to expect. I would definitely recommend him.

Wasp nest treatment…
Margaret in the office was very professional on the phone and in booking a time and explaining things and following up with the necessary emails. On the day I received a text informing me the arrival time and JG arrived exactly as stated. He was friendly and performed the job as best as he could as he was unable to find the actual wasp nest itself but saw the visible wasps flying in the attic and coming in and out of an outside vent on the outside wall which is where it was then treated from. He explained everything to us prior and post treatment.

John gave a great service and on time, great that there's no charge for an extra call out if it's not fully removed the first time, company is very easy to deal with also.

Wasp nest at 1 Hermitage Drive
Wasp nest at 1 Hermitage Drive, D 16. Prompt response and very pleasant operative.
Initial visit + Return visit 1 .
Wasps in my Kitchen eves- still present and active. May require another visit or two.
A shorter visit time arrangement would be appreciated for pensioners as they sleep longer hours and are more likely to miss an appointment!

I am leaving one star because I cant…
I am leaving one star because I cant leave 0. These people will charge you even if they dont do the job. I got them out for a wasps nest which is still active despite several visits and I was told there was nothing more they could do. I am now out of pocket and they are not answering my calls. Waste of money and time.

Excellent all round service
Arranged the appointment very quickly. Sent emails explaining the process of dealing with the wasps. I received a text an hour before the appointment to say when they would arrive. Explained what they found in my attic and what they were going to do to deal with the wasp nest.

Explained over the phone that I had a wasps nest, they explained the price and sent someone out very quickly. I did , however think they were extremely expensive, but worth it if it works. Im still waiting to see
