Fortinet 3g 4g modem purchase
Jane looked after us and followed through to meet our requirements.
The product pricing was in the correct ball park.
But the product and its options or bundles did need to be better described in the quote as we did not get what we really wanted and had to order the additional component.
But overall it was all good and many thanks to jane again.

Excellent Service
From the initial search for a replacement UPS - their website was easy to navigate (even for non-tech-savvy peeps), the online ordering process was easy, the follow up and customer service was quick and efficient, the product arrived in record time and was exactly as advertised.

Prompt reply received to our initial request for information on a new UPS. The information was useful to orient our purchase. Delivery was organised in record time and the part ordered in spite of the Christmas Holiday break intervening, with delivery following soon after. Emailed confirmation at each step of the process helped to track the purchase. Very pleased with the service offered.

UPDATES ON LEAD TIME NOT ADVISED IN A TIMELY MANNER
order placed and paid for in July 2022, delivery in November. slow to advise updated due dates.
I had to ask every time, there was no initiative taken to advise me before I had to ask.
I understand that the product was hard to obtain though.

Terrific service and competitive prices
My company recently refitted out offices and IP Trading helped us with all of the IT equipment. They were able to get all of the stock incredibly quickly, for good prices, and the level of service and communication was excellent throughout. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Great help from Harshal to help me get…
Great help from Harshal to help me get the items I needed. Only drawback, the delivery person who thought it was perfectly ok to put a brand new computer server in a cardboard box on the soaking wet concrete footpath. 1. He should have been delivering to the door, 2. he should have had a trolley to move heavy items in the event the location is not easy to access all teh way in his truck.

helpful in getting headsets going in my work place
I have been communicating with Harshal Tidke since purchasing the Jabra Pro Duo headsets on the 14.06.22
we had some issues installing the headsets and getting them to work correctly, Harshal was polite and understanding during the many phone calls i made and helped me get the handsets working correctly at our place of business would recommend Harshal highly if you have a problem the only delay was returning calls back to me as per the emails
but other than that he was a pleasure to deal with
