I had to call to put in a claim, I spoke to Kelly Hindmarsh who was absolutely fantastic, very helpful especially when I didn’t have all information to hand and also a great sense of humour! Normally some claims lines are hard work but Kelly made it smooth and easy for me to understand. Thank you Kelly! :)

So far the service from iRevolution has been superb! Everything was organised on our behalf after someone ran into the back of me. Regular phone calls to check everything’s ok. Car in for repair at authorised repair centre and a genuine like for like replacement hire car. Highly recommended!

Asked me to call them, I spoke to someone who told me that someone from a different team would call me back in 2 mins. An hour later I had to call back, where by there was no apology for wasting my time!
