Excellent service, my hire car was with me within 3 days, they had to find a dual control one as I’m a driving instructor, they kept me in the loop each day and were friendly and approachable on the phone.

The service provided thus far has been excellent. I have received my courtesy vehicle, and my car has been taken in for repairs. The team appears to be highly professional.

Well the gentleman that helped me (Gary) was absolutely outstanding. I told him that I was autistic and he may have to explain somethings to me that I may not understand fully. He was so patient with me explaining things very slowly so I did understand what was going on and very understanding of my needs I needed after my first very car crash. I can't fault Gary at all for the on going help he has provided so far.

Early days in the claim but so far really satisfied! Making me feel less stressed. Couldn’t recommend more.

Really impressed with Irev Claims. The whole claim was handled professionally from start to finish. My partner is a driving instructor, so being involved in an accident was incredibly stressful, but Irev made the process much easier.

They arranged a dual-controlled replacement vehicle the very next day, which meant there was minimal disruption to lessons and even an upcoming driving test. Everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with great professionalism throughout.

We’ve now had our vehicle returned after needing a new rear bumper, and the local garage they connected us with, Spray Style Body Masters, did an excellent job with the repair.
