We ordered two Esme shelving units. Due to a miscommunication with our designer, I placed the order without her designer discount. When I called to see if Iron Abode would credit me the difference, they were extremely responsive, polite, and professional. We just received our shelves (early) and they are made with excellent craftsmanship. They are packed extremely well and I cannot wait to see them once we put them up.

I have used Iron Abode twice now for two different clients and absolutely LOVE the product, the finishes and the service. I have purchased the Riviera and the Oslo as well as received their sample kit. Ordering is very easy and color selections are beautiful. Any time I have had questions, they respond to email immediately and answer their phones promptly. When I have reached out by phone I always get someone that has or gets the answers quickly and works with me to make sure I have everything I need. I will absolutely continue to use Iron Abode for more projects in the future.

My wife and I were looking for a very special shelving unit and of course, did what we all do. We searched the internet. When we found Iron Abode we were thrilled. We saw immediately that they had the ability to create exactly what we envisioned. From the very beginning, creating, ordering, installing and after sale questions and customer service were a breeze. Most important of all, the unit was EXACTLY what we wanted. it was perfect and an excellent addition to our home. Just like it will be for yours. We've specified IRON ABODE products on a few of our projects and have had a good experience overall. Anything that ever arrived in less than satisfactory condition, we've had really great support from customer service and had replacements sent to us efficiently to help us get our projects complete on time. We find the product to be quality for the price and really like the option to make our selections and specifications online.

Worst experience of my professional career as a designer. This company could produce the product to specs on 3 tries and refused to pay for shipping their junky shelf back. Don't know who all these people are that give then good reviews. Unprofessional, downright fraudulent practices. BEWARE!

Don’t order from here. I did not realize that the metal is just painted steel. The photos on their instagram look like real brass but are not. Even the names of their color choices are called “aged brass” and “light brass” insinuating that they are in fact brass. I ordered. A 2 shelf unit for over $1200 and was so disappointed when it came in and I realize it was just painted a sparkly gold. For $1200 it should be real brass. I packaged it back up just as it came with much care and they received it just fine, as they told me they were accepting the return. Only to then turn around and say they will return 85% of the metal unit and 0% of the glass which apparently makes up over $400 of the piece. Just a joke. Horrible customer service and purposely deceiving names of the color selection to make it seem more luxurious than it is. I ended up ordering a real brass unit from Soil and Oak for the same price, better customer service and a small business. So many better options on Etsy, save your time and money.

This is my second time working with Iron Abode and I can't say enough good things about the people and the product!

The ordering process was seamless, the customer service was amazing and the directions to install were spot on! Overall had an incredible experience working with Iron Abode and could not be happier!
