Trigg & Co… Outstanding!
Trigg & Co have just successfully sold my house with outstanding service!
From the beginning Rhys was very informative and supportive on the market and what would be suitable for me moving forward, recommending an open house which went down a storm, where they took care of everything and organised what was necessary to make it a success.
The professionalism from all the team throughout was impeccable, from professional pictures and marketing to continuous communication, to steering me in the right direction with solicitors etc too. Something they don’t necessarily have to do, however was a big help to someone that was no longer based on the island.
Overall the hardworking and cooperative ethos of the Trigg team is what you need when the strains of selling a house are overwhelming as nothing felt like it was too much trouble!
A credit to the Island Business Community and would highly recommend- thank you so much!

Excellent estate agents
Our house sale completed today and we have been very impressed by the entire team at Trigg, and would highly recommend them.
From the outset, they genuinely seemed to love our house and were the only agent to suggest an open day, which was a huge success. Reece was passionate and professional, Debbie was efficient, Simon and Mark were patient, Toms photos were amazing, plus of course everyone else behind the scenes, updating the website, marketing etc.
We originally asked three estate agents to value and quote, and Trigg shone out to us. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Trigg were absolutely amazing when we bought our property on the island.
We really can’t thank them enough.
They kept us updated more then our own solicitor.
Professional helpful and friendly.
Would 100% recommend and we would definitely use them in the future if we were to sell.

Brilliant service

Excellent service at a difficult time
Everyone at Trigg and co was really helpful, from the very first contact, through to the completion of the sale of my late mum's bungalow.
The valuation was realistic, neither undervaluing for a quick sale, nor overvaluing just to secure our business.
A very effective viewing day resulted in two offers at asking price, thus avoiding hassles with haggling at a sensitive and sad time for us.
The team at Trigg work well together and communicated well with us with regular updates. If we ever needed to contact them, whoever we spoke to in the team was always up to speed with things - which indicated that they communicated well with each other.
Efficient and effective direct liaison with our solicitor made things so much easier.
All in all, very happy with our experience. Would certainly use again if the need arises. Thanks very much.

Made Life Easy and Know Their Market
From start to finish, Rhys, made life easy for me as the buyer.
In the event that I could not speak to Rhys, the team at Trigg were all able to support, seemingly well up to date on my file (at all times).
Having worked with multiple agents on the Island, I would not hesitate to return as a seller - this is due to their knowlage of the market and ability to answer quesitons and willingness to give opinion when asked.
