I've ordered a toy for my boy about 2…

I've ordered a toy for my boy about 2 months ago, and it never arrived, and there is no way to talk to anyone there. No phone number, no whatsapp. Only an email address that keeps sending me automatic replies and a Messenger account that keeps telling me that they will pass me to a human agent but ths never happens.

I ordered a product and the advertising…

I ordered a product and the advertising showed a product of about 1.5 meters tall. What I received was about 1.5 centimeters tall.
I feel that I was ripped off 🙏🏾

Huge difference between your advertisement and the actual product ! product !

In the video I saw a product that peeled a pineapple smoothly and effortlessly. In reality, when I used it, I had to struggle hard to peel a potato with it. I didn't have a good experience using the product and felt that there was a very big gap between what I saw in the video and my actual experience. I'm very disappointed because I needed a good product that would help me peel easily.

No tracking info, when will I receive it

The below response is an automatic answer. They do not respond and I still didn't not receive my order, May 5, 2026!!!
Ordered on April 17, 2026. After 10 days contacted customer service. Told a story that the shipment is held up at customs and they will make a new shipment directly to my home address. Will receive tracking information within 3 days. After 5 days still no information. Again contacted the customer service center. They wrote me not to contact them any more and they "are working on a solution", but did not say when I will receive the ordered item!
