Amazing Apple Watch band!

Ease of shopping - made purchase decision very easy to make. The delivery was timely too.

I was very happy with the product received, which was of high quality. The product was easy to use and convenient to have at work. I was able to maintain my step count eventhough it was not on the wrist.

Unbelievable

I ordered a watch band, and upon receiving it noticed how different the colour looked in real like versus online. Things went bad to worse when I returned it the next day, then got an email saying the band is scratched. I was so confused about the stage the band got damaged since it was probably out of the package for 5 minutes before I packed it up. The istrap team refused to show me proof of the “substantial damage” and said they will return the band to me. It has now been 5 WEEKS and I still haven’t received the band. It is impossible to get a hold of the istrap team as you’ll always be speaking with bots. If you’re lucky enough to get in contact with an actual person, they couldn’t be any less helpful. When I asked about the tracking number after they claimed they had sent it back to me, they said they don’t have on, and maybe I should check the same tracking number that was used for my initial order. Like, what?? The fact they don’t even realise how the postage system works is unbelivable. Anyway, I think I just put $80 dollars in the bin, as they have probably just kept the watch band and put it back on sale.

Oh, I also ordered a screen protector for my watch, and about a week after I had put it on, it had already broken. I have not dropped my watch :)

I would avoid this company at all costs, it has been an unbelievably bad experience and I have made sure everyone around me knows

Our returns team work hard to ensure a fair assessment of all returns, and upon assessment of your return they quickly found that it was not in its original condition. As per our returns policy, all returns must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a store credit.
Because of this, we always recommend trying on any products you're not 100% sure about carefully to avoid any damage, and if returning an item, returning it in appropriate packaging as per return instructions to avoid any in transit damage.

Your item has been returned to sender, and is currently making its way back to you as per email communication with our team member. We have also advised that return to sender items can take longer to reach their destination due to the nature of those parcels. As the lodgement and tracking were purchased by yourself, if this is taking longer than expected, we recommend reaching out to the courier that the return was sent with as they will be able to assist you.

Please note that Screen Protectors are designed to break to protect the screen of your Apple Watch. I bought 3 istaps and got the 4th for free. 2 for myself and 2 for my son-in-law. We absolutely love love love them. All 4 are exactly as shown. We will be shopping for more very soon. EXCELLENT !!!!!!

Disappointing quality

Disappointing quality. The short piece with the buckle is a perfect fit, but the long piece of the strap is a really poor fit. I won’t be wearing it because I’m not convinced it would hold under all conditions.

I purchased a white Solo Loop for my…

I purchased a white Solo Loop for my Apple Watch, but after just two months of occasional use, it broke. When I reached out to iStrap for a replacement, they refused, claiming it was beyond their timeframe for manufacturing defects.
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and their customer service. In comparison, my Solo Loop from the Apple Store lasted three years without any issues. A watch band should not fail this quickly. I would not recommend purchasing from iStrap.

Horrible

sent me a watch band that was too small to wear.

I asked for a refund.
They refused, which is in breach of consumer law.

They wanted me to pay for postage and then buy another stap, another breach of the consumer law.

I'm average height and weight.
When these guys say on their web page their watch bands fits most people that's an outright lie. It does not.

Beware of these guys

TERRIBLE COMPANY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY $$$

Terrible company - terrible customer service they are just interested in your $$ transaction. Once they have your $$$ thats it. I returned 2 brand new watch bands as the bands were not long enough unfortunately. I did not even put them on my watch as I could see they were way too small. Both went straight in the box and were returned straight away. Then the best they offer is store credit and they only offered it for one band and rejected the other claiming it was dirty! It never made it on to my hand or onto my watch, how ridiculous. They have no respect for Australian Consumer law and do whatever they like. There is no where on their website to ask for help or guidance before purchasing either. Very disappointing, avoid this company like the plague - I really don't think they will be in business much longer.
They claimed that they were going to to return one of the straps to me well I have been waiting weeks and they have not returned anything
I was really looking forward to throwing it in the garbage bin too. They probably just resold it to someone else.

An actual joke of a company

An actual joke of a company. Bought a strap a month ago for apparent “next day delivery” and it has never been sent. I have contacted them 3 times through email or their contact form, I have contacted them on socials, I have contacted them EVERYWHERE and they will not reply.

Poor sizing. Breaking after a few months. Closure pin reacts with sensitive skin.

Quality seemed okay initially, but a few months’ experience showed that you get what you pay for. Although, I expected better at this price point.

I bought two different straps…

Within 6 months, my silicone sport band began breaking where it meets the watch, and I have needed to put nail varnish on the closure pin to stop it reacting on my skin. My previous Apple sports band lasted 8+ years with neither of these issues.

I like a snug fit, and some reviews said that the straps loosen with time, so I went for a mid point with a size 4 braided loop for my 150mm wrist, measuring as advised on the website ("Size 4 fits 140mm to 160mm wrists"). It was really tight when it arrived, and even after 9 months of attempted stretching it's still tight now. I can only wear it for a couple of days at a time.

I do wonder if I was sent the wrong size braided loop, but I've had no response from customer service (see even more reviews for istrap.uk on Trustpilot). And I'm not a fan of shipping from Australia. Won’t buy again or recommend.

Didn’t fit like it should

I was initially so happy to find a tempered glass cover for my Apple Watch, but when it arrived the 40mm does not fit my 40 mm Apple Watch. The black border cuts into my screen. The product seems sturdy but does not fit as it should. 🙁
