Vorremmo chiarire che la descrizione dell'offerta indica chiaramente che in questo caso vendiamo solo il dispositivo, senza sistema operativo e alimentatore. Pertanto, il prezzo del dispositivo è inferiore rispetto ai kit standard.

Dopo averci contattato, le abbiamo offerto la possibilità di restituire il prodotto entro 30 giorni a nostre spese, in conformità con la nostra politica sui resi. Ci assicuriamo sempre che ogni cliente sia soddisfatto del proprio acquisto e abbia il pieno diritto di recedere dal contratto se il prodotto non soddisfa le sue aspettative.

Purtroppo non ha usufruito di questa opzione, informandoci che il dispositivo è già stato smaltito. In questo caso, non saremo in grado di emettere un rimborso, come le abbiamo comunicato via e-mail.

Ti informiamo che tutti i nostri dispositivi sono coperti da una garanzia di 2 anni. In caso di guasto, inclusi problemi alla batteria, contattaci e ripareremo o sostituiremo l'intero dispositivo, a seconda della situazione.

Anche la batteria è coperta da garanzia: se non sei soddisfatto della sua durata, saremo lieti di risolvere il problema.
