Coffee price increase
I contacted Italia solutions, as I noticed the price on the coffee had increased quite substantially, I didn’t understand why this was. Anita, was prompt in her response, explaining the worldwide coffee situation, but because I was a regular customer, offered me a 10% discount.
Although the 10% did not make a huge difference to my bill, as I buy a lot of packets, I really felt Anita had understood my concern and because of this, I ordered my usual amount.
I’m still quite a bit out of pocket but am ok with it, as I love the coffee.
