I first learned about Ithire from LinkedIn when Anna Cadet reached out to me, offering her services as a Shopify developer. Since then, I have hired 7 developers for my agency through Ithire.

I am very pleased with the developers; they all are working perfectly, including the designers. When I couldn't find a Lua developer, I reached out to Ithire support, and they connected me with Vicente Castro. He is a great Lua developer and has completed all my tasks to satisfaction.

I highly recommend Ithire for their professionalism and quality of service.

It’s a scam platform

It’s a scam platform! Beware! They’ve tried billing my paypal for 2500$ and 1250$ in automatic payment setup, and have setup the payment to be processed 1 day after they have set this up. They’ve set it up on saturday so I wouldn’t see it until monday and the payment would have been processed. Very risky! Do not ever register!

Edit: They have tried contacting me and scaring me that they would pursue legal action to remove this review, because it is "not truthful". I wish there was a way to shut down a site based on public vote, because this one truly deserves to be shutdown.

Scam platform with scam freelancers

Like others here, I've been charged for absolutely no reason: $1800 out of no where. Long after I have completed my freelancer contracts. On top of that, both freelancers I hired through IT Hire were horrendously bad, did not respond to messages, and charged me for work they never did.

Take your work to a more reputable platform.

Designer did not deliver - I was charged for nothing

Hired a web designer through ITHire. The designer did not deliver the product and IT Hire transferred the payment to the designer without my approval. Now I have no website and was charged $3500 for it. Horrible company! Do not use!

I have been freelancing on ithire for some time now, and I wanted to share my thoughts about the platform. Overall, I've had a positive experience and would like to highlight some of the key aspects that have made my journey a successful one.

Pros:

1. Abundance of Opportunities: ithire consistently provides a wide range of exciting projects to choose from, ensuring that I can always find work that aligns with my skills and interests.
2. Supportive Project Managers: The platform's project managers have been instrumental in helping me navigate through various projects. They provide valuable guidance and assistance, ensuring a smooth workflow and successful project completion.

Cons:

1.Rigorous Interview Process: Although I understand the necessity of a thorough screening process, I found the interviews to be quite challenging. However, once I passed them, I gained access to quality projects that were well worth the effort.
2.Client Satisfaction: On rare occasions, clients may be unsatisfied with the work delivered. In such cases, freelancers may need to put in extra hours without the tracker to ensure their satisfaction. While this can be frustrating, it's important to remember that keeping clients happy is a crucial part of a successful freelance career.

Despite the challenges, my experience on ithire has been largely positive, and I look forward to continuing my journey as a freelancer on the platform.

Tried Scamming me for over £3000

Joined this company some months back and started to hire one of their coders, but it was clear from the start she was just after my offering her more money. Cancelled the project. 3 months later Barclays stopped them from trying to take over £3000 out of my account. I would completely ignore all the positive comment
offered by others who have given amazing reviews.

Beware of IThire.com - Unreliable Freelancer Platform

We recently had a disastrous experience with IThire.com, a freelancer reached out to us through Upwork. We agreed on a fixed price of $3,000 for the entire project with the freelancer, and he insisted on using IThire for project management. Little did we know that it would turn into a nightmare.

The freelancer ended up billing us $3,800, exceeding the agreed-upon price, and delivered worthless code that was incomplete and unusable. It was a total waste of time and money. We reached out to IThire to address the issue, and after multiple attempts to communicate, they finally spoke to the freelancer and only refunded $540. This was not even close to compensating for the bad work that was delivered.

The dispute process on IThire.com was ineffective, and their project management/control system was lacking. Communication with the platform was frustratingly slow, which only added to the delays and issues we faced. We had to start the entire project from scratch due to the incomplete and subpar work delivered through IThire.

What's even more concerning is that the negative review we left for the freelancer on IThire.com cannot be seen on his profile, which is highly suspicious and unreliable. It seems like the platform is trying to hide negative feedback, which is unacceptable.

Based on our terrible experience with IThire.com, we strongly advise others to steer clear of this platform. The lack of proper project management, slow communication, and unreliable dispute resolution process make it a risky choice for hiring freelancers. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy and reliable platform for your freelancing needs.

Overall, our experience with IThire.com was extremely disappointing, and we urge others to avoid using this platform at all costs.

As for the dispute process, please be noted that to ensure that we are providing the best possible service, we have a tracking system that allows us to monitor the freelancer's work progress closely. Platform is not what claim to be!

I wrote earlier , how .I got scam by this platform double. Agree to pay for project $480 , and , was charge $800. Project was never finish , and Money not return. The freelance that scam me Maya Alanis, after changing her profile continue work for this platform.
After many emails back and forth, customer service ,offer credit of $800 with the platform and suggested new freelance , after many attempt to contact freelancer suggested by platform , I got answer, and the new freelancer, want $ 8000 for project that original freelancer agree do it for $480. After , i ask again for refund , this what thy answer; "We see that your experience with the previous freelancer was bad, and we are very sorry for that.
We would like to add extra $200 credit for you, in total you will have $1000 credit amount to use in our platform if necessary.
And we have a little request, please change your review in trustpilot.com. As we are doing our best to satisfy our clients." thy offer additional $200 if i remove my review. If i excepted there offer , I would have to pay $8000 for the project that i agree $8000.
Please if you want avoid headache do not deal with platform that not protecting there customer. And keeping freelance that scam people that put there trust in platform. I try to contact customer support , thy totally ignoring my mail.
