Got tracking status and GPU was in mint condition with the box
Got a tracking status in WhatsApp, just as I booked from their website. You can do EMIs which is a huge plus for us common folks. Parcel arrived safe and sound to Mizoram(it took 8days). My Rtx 2060 Super was like new which was a huge surprise as i was expecting a old and used up one, which reminds me, their website doesnt show the Gpus condition with pics, which would be very helpful in the future.

Instead of initiating a chargeback and posting a negative review, you could have simply contacted us if you had any concerns. We have responded to each and every one of your queries without delay.
You even contacted us at 2 AM, and we responded at that time itself, despite it being outside normal working hours. You then asked us to send a mail, and we agreed to do so. Could you not wait even 12 hours for the same, and instead chose to directly spread such claims?
The expected dispatch date was 25th March, which was clearly communicated and agreed upon. Today is just 26th March, so it is unclear why such a negative conclusion has been drawn so quickly.
There are hundreds of other buyers who are cooperating and understand the process involved. We do not need to repeatedly prove our genuineness.
As already informed, we are fully ready to provide a 100% refund if required. However, since you have chosen to proceed through a chargeback/legal route, we will now respond through the same channel, and our legal team will handle this matter accordingly.
We always prefer to resolve matters directly, but we will proceed as per your chosen approach.

Initial support was okay, but product reliability is very poor – NOT recommended
I ordered a Sapphire RX 470 8GB from IT Hunt. At the beginning there was some confusion, as they accidentally sent me two GPUs and the first one I received was dead (no display and not detected). After I contacted them, they handled it properly and sent me a replacement. At that time, everything seemed fine and the GPU was working.
However, after around 3 months of normal use, the replacement GPU also stopped working completely. No display, no detection — just dead. Because of this, I had no choice but to buy a new graphics card again.
Just to be clear, I am using a Deepcool PSU, which is a good and reliable brand, so this was not a power supply issue. The problem was clearly with the GPU itself.
Even though their customer support was responsive initially, selling hardware that fails within a few months is not acceptable. In the end, it cost me extra money, time, and stress.
Personally, I would not recommend buying from IT Hunt. My advice to others is to be careful and consider purchasing from a more trusted seller, even if it costs a bit more.

Due to a system duplication error, two pieces of the same ordered Sapphire RX 470 8GB model were dispatched to you one after another. Once you informed us, we immediately supported you, verified the issue, and ensured that the replacement GPU was tested and working perfectly before delivery. After receiving it, you also confirmed that the GPU was functioning properly.
Your order was placed on 2 April 2025, and today it is 22 January 2026, which means the product was used for nearly 9 months. As clearly communicated at the time of purchase, this was a pre-owned product with a 1-month warranty, which was fully honored by us.
During that period, we sold 600+ units of the same model, and we have not received similar complaints from other customers. The performance and lifespan of pre-owned electronic products depend greatly on usage conditions, system compatibility, power quality, and handling.
We understand your disappointment. However, posting a negative review after 9 months of usage for a pre-owned product does not fairly reflect the service and support we provided. If there had been any mistake in delivery, denial of warranty, or refusal of support from our side, your concern would have been completely justified.
Additionally, if you had approached us positively for a solution instead of directly posting a negative review, we would have genuinely tried our best to assist you and explore possible options to help you in this matter, as customer satisfaction has always been our priority.
Electronic products, especially pre-owned hardware, can fail due to multiple uncontrollable factors, and no seller can guarantee lifetime performance on used components.
We truly value every customer and always aim to provide honest products and transparent service. We regret that your experience ended on a negative note, but we also believe fairness should be maintained from both sides.
