I Recently Bought a GALAX RTX 2060 SUPER from Zoukart.com for ₹12,000 – Here's My Review

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Their customer service isn't very responsive. Sometimes replies took 5–8 hours, and occasionally, they ignored my messages — even after I had purchased the graphics card. However, when they did respond, the replies were helpful.

SITE PRICES:
The GPU prices listed on the website don’t always match what’s shown in their YouTube videos. So, I recommend checking their latest YouTube video for accurate pricing. Also, it’s better to contact them via WhatsApp to confirm the final price and availability.

DELIVERY:
They shipped the GPU within 3 days after purchase. The parcel arrived on time — delivery speed will depend on your and the seller’s location. I suggest following up with Zoukart on WhatsApp to get shipping updates.

WARRANTY / RETURN & REFUND:
Ask them directly about the warranty or return/refund policy — they will explain it to you 👍

GALAX RTX 2060 SUPER – MY REVIEW:
The GPU arrived undamaged and in good physical condition, though it had a small amount of dust — likely due to previous use.

I ran FurMark, Cinebench 2024, and tested GTA 5 at the highest settings with 2880×1620 internal resolution (which is 25% higher than 1440p). The seller and Zoukart claimed it was 2–3 years old, although there’s no official bill to verify that.

Based on the performance and test results, I would’ve been more satisfied if the price were ₹11,000 instead of ₹12,000 — but overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase.

My friend placed an order for an NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU through a company called ZOUKART in the first week of November 2024. The full payment was made upfront. Initially, everything looked legitimate — until the order was never fulfilled, and all attempts to track the shipment failed.

Soon after, it came to light that ZOUKART had been blacklisted by Cyber Crime authorities for fraudulent activities. Yet, no refund was issued, and the company kept giving false promises every week, claiming the refund would be processed “next week,” then the next, and so on.

Fast forward 6 months, and now they’ve completely changed their contact number and vanished — a clear indication of an organized scam. They have stolen money with no intent to return it and continued operating under false pretenses even after being blacklisted.

This is a warning to others:

Do NOT trust ZOUKART.

If you’ve been scammed by them, file a police report immediately.

ZOUKART is a fraudulent company built on lies, theft, and deliberate deception. This is not poor service — this is criminal theft, and they should be treated as scammers.
