Prompt service, good advice. Delivery was delayed by me at my request due to snow at my property. I advised them to delay it a week, and the proposed new date was met. I’ve now received my new solar panels, which were well packaged on a pallet.

I’m very happy with the 9.6kWh Pylontech US5000-1C system and the quality of the installation. The team was professional, and the batteries were mounted perfectly using the official brackets. However, I’ve knocked off one star due to the delivery process.

The pallet was left as a 'kerbside delivery' on a public pavement, which was quite inconvenient and made securing the equipment a bit of a scramble. If the company could coordinate better offloading or more precise delivery slots, this would be a 5-star service. Aside from the delivery hiccup, the technical side of the business is excellent.

The US3000c purchased is a well constructed and easy to install and use product.

I appreciated the diverse selection of items and the convenience of scheduling a delivery date was a nice touch.

Selection and ordering were easy on the website, and my enquiry about suitable mounting hardware resulted in a very useful telephone call from the company. While ordering, I selected a delivery date (or so I thought at least), and was surprised to receive a phone call on an earlier date from a delivery driver on his way to me. Fortunately, I was at home on that day, and took delivery of my 4 panels, well wrapped and strapped to a pallet, an hour or so later.
Confirmation of the delivery arrangements from the company would have avoided this near-disaster.
So four stars rather than five, but otherwise well pleased.

Fast delivery at a competitive price and ITS will arrange for suitable transportation if access doesn't allow larger articulated transport; In my case the installation was a DIY Solar install and ITS allow customer removal by hand from the back of the truck, which is great for DIYers like me who don't have access to a forklift. I also found them to be knowledgeable when it came to my enquiries.

Review covering purchase and delivery of solar panels from ITS. Website info a little misleading with product codes displayed not matching verbose product model name.Link to delivery company was added to order form. On day before delivery, delivery company website showed order as cancelled, but I decided to wait until delivery day and see what happened. On the ITS confirmation email I was told to expect an 18 ton truck to deliver between 0900 and 1800. What actually turned up was a covered trailer towed by a car arriving at 0810. It appears the delivery company sub contracted the delivery to this one man band who was uncontactable by me should there have been an issue. My panels arrived OK but I wasn't ready for them at the early delivery time. So ITS should ensure that if their chosen delivery company subcontracts the delivery, the actual person doing the delivery is contactable and if delivery time range is changed then I am informed.
