Ivory Ombre 

Everything went as planned until tracking stated it was delivered but package was no where to be found. Sent plenty of emails. Have not been refunded

So I asked a question about the washing method. My sweater ( cotton line ) leaves a lot of excess material on my shirt underneeth. When i say a lot, believe me.. its a lot! Its a pity i cant add a picture.

The contact person that I had from Ombre was just rude in the he/she left messages by email. Not taken seriously, no dear sir. Not a decent goodbye, trying to move the problem to the intermediary, avoiding the question. Just disgusting

Products not as advertised, poor quality, shocking returns and refund system. Returned products 3 months ago and still no refund received.

Agree with all other reviews, complete scam, do not buy from them. I managed to get my money back through my bank by submitting strong evidence of all the email communications, including product pictures vs their website, with this ‘company’, so would recommend anyone else to do the same if they find themselves in the same position.

What a shocking site and I agree with all the other 1 * reviews. I was able to get my money back through my credit card company as a charge back. Our goods were of very poor quality and not as described.

This is a scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It states on their website how ‘easy return’ but unfortunately you are not allowed to return for a refund. Several emails back & fourth, eventually, when you do get the return address... It will cost you more than the purchase item to return. You can only get a voucher code to take more rubbish, faulty product from them. They do not ethically operate. You will lose money!

Would give no stars, SCAM. DO NOT USE. Previous reviews say it all. Faulty zip, appalling quality, wouldn't give refund. They tried all sorts, 20% back (and keep goods) but I would never have received it. Then 30% back, then credit note etc etc.
£19.50 to return FAULTY dress plus 15% handling fee.
After 30+ emails, have received refund via credit card company.

Do not order from this company if you don’t want to lose your money! The clothing sent is poor quality and worth very little. When you try and return the “fun” starts! Multiple emails offering 20% then 30% off and when you insist you are returning the item it will cost you £20 and who knows if you’ll ever get a refund? They are based in China although you would not know this from the site but that is where the returns address is which they are very reluctant to give you. Absolute appalling company!

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Dresses I ordered all arrived but cheap, unlined tacky versions that didn’t bear any resemblance to the pictures on their site. When I tried to return I was asked to take pictures of all the items, and then offered numerous alternatives such as store credit to the refund I wanted. When I pushed for the refund I was sent an address for a Mr Wang in China - no joke - and told I would have to stump up for the tracking and delivery and I’d be refunded if they arrived ‘in perfect condition’. As I’m not prepared to potentially lose even more money posting their cheap tat back to Mr Wang, I’m going to have to cut my 100 quid loss. Please don’t make the same mistake and don’t order from these scammers

Where do I start! I am in shock with firstly the quality of the dress where the zip does not do up, secondly the returns policy! After many emails asking for a return label they eventually sent one. The cost to send was 19.50 which I could not afford. I had to accept the 20 per cent discount offered to at least get some of money back. I am out of pocket with a dress I can never wear and I wouldn’t sue to zip and quality!

Gather they are are not in UK so you will not get a refund even if the product is faulty.

Be aware you will lose your money.

Do not buy from them they do not exist.

The shipping cost to return the item was 50% of the cost of the item, plus they take out a 15% restocking fee so you get next to nothing back. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. DO NOT USE THEM!!

If only you could give 0 stars. Poor quality, not even worth £40 for a dress and then when it doesn’t fit, not to provide a full refund and to only offer 10% off your next order. Ridiculous! Will never use this company again!

I honestly regret ordering from this company.
I ordered a dress on the 7th June. On the the 8th of June I received an email saying my order had been dispatched and shipped and would be with me within 8-12days. At the end of June when I emailed to chase up my order I was advised that shipping can take up to 20 working days and for me to allow more time.
I patiently waited and eventually the dress arrived, unfortunately it was nothing like the dress I seen advertised or ordered.
After multiple attempts to return the items, they kept offering partial refunds even though it states online that you can return.
They have now sent me a returns label which cost £19.40 to get. I have asked for an address to post it to cheaper but they are failing to allow this.
Do not waste your money with this clown company.

I honestly don’t know why I went ahead and ordered from this site, all the signs pointed to it being a scam but I fell for it.
I ordered 5 dresses and After weeks of waiting, random dresses that bear no resemblance to what is conveyed online were delivered. The dresses were cheap looking, had no tags and labels.
After multiple attempts to return the items, they kept offering partial refunds even though it states online that you can return. Now they longer respond to emails. They take your money and run. I will most definitely get in contact with my bank to dispute. They won’t get away with this.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The item I received bears no real resemblance to the photo shown. Along poor quality item. They make it impossible to return the item. Absolutely shocking product and customer service. Do not purchase from them.

Do not buy from this company! The dress took 27 days to arrive despite their website claiming 3-5 working days and is AWFUL quality. They are now refusing to process a refund even though their website claims I am eligible for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!

Ordered a dress for a special occasion, which on the website looked stunning. After taking weeks to arrive, it was packaged in a small plastic bag, incredibly creased and the quality was absolutely terrible. It was meant to be a maxi and the website claimed to show it on a model of 5ft8, who also appeared to be wearing heels. I'm 5ft9 and the dress came about 3 inches below my knee! The sizing of the whole dress was disproportionate and in all, it was just an awful garment. I asked for a refund, got given the run around by customer service and they finally said they would process a refund of £8.20! It would have cost me more than that to return!! Never ever buy from this company.

I ordered two dresses from Ivory Ombré and from the website the dresses looked elegant and good quality
The delivery took ages and when they did finally arrive they were wrapped in two separate bags ( small bags ), inside out and rolled. Ive never seen such poorly managed clothing from any online store.

The dresses where misshaped on me, ugly to the fit and and the quality was terrible. Naturally I emailed for the return form and guidelines the same day of delivery and I was given the run around of sending them photos and countless emails explaining why I wanted to return. They began to offer 10% refund, then 20% then 30%. When I persisted to have the form a Fiona from customer support told me that it’s a £27.50 payment for the return form alone then they will take care of everything else and deduct a further 15% off the price.
When I told them no, I will manage myself it was rejected. I am still in dispute with them.

Worst company to deal with ! Poor customer service and disgusting organisation for an online shop.

The dress I ordered arrived incredibly creased. Top half fit was good but length was so short (supposed to be maxi) and waist sat 3 inches above my waistline. Is it wearable? Probably not. Judging from previous comments I'm not going to even try to return. Hopefully I'll find a very short friend who might fit into it.
