Ivory Ombre 

I will never purchase from this company again and urge anyone thinking about it not to place an order. Took ages to come and quality nothing like it showed in pictures. Tried to return they want £19.50 shipping plus 15% handling fee. Shocking company

If there was a -2 star I would give them that. Because this was awful. I ordered a dress that looked amazing and I’ve seen a lot of pictures and videos of people wearing this Gorgeous blue flower dress. So I ordered it to wear. It took around 3 weeks to come and when I opened it it was not what I had ordered at all. I tried to send it back to get a refund and they refuse to do it. I sent them videos of what they sent me and what there website says as well!!

I want to share my experience with Ivory Ombre to warn anyone considering purchasing from this website.

I ordered what appeared to be stylish dresses, advertised with beautiful product photos that clearly belonged to a well-known brand (Oh Polly). However, when my order arrived, the items were nothing like what was shown online. The quality was extremely poor, the fabric composition was different from the website’s description, and there were no tags or branding identifying Ivory Ombre on the products—just generic “Made in China” labels.

I contacted Ivory Ombre immediately, providing detailed photos and explaining the issues. Instead of offering a refund, their customer service repeatedly refused, only offering a partial refund or store credit which is unacceptable when the products are clearly misrepresented.

After further investigation and contacting the genuine brand (Oh Polly), I was informed that Ivory Ombre is actually an imitation website using stolen images to trick customers into buying counterfeit or substandard products. The official brand is not affiliated with Ivory Ombre and is actively investigating the matter.

Ivory Ombre’s lack of transparency, misleading advertising, and refusal to properly refund customers like me is deeply disappointing and likely illegal under UK consumer law.

If you’re thinking about buying from Ivory Ombre, beware: You’re very likely to receive low-quality fakes that don’t match their online images, and you’ll face a frustrating battle just to get your money back.

I’m now pursuing a refund through my credit card provider under Section 75, and I encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience to do the same and to report Ivory Ombre to consumer protection authorities.

Save yourself the hassle and money do not buy from Ivory Ombre.

Absolutely shocking customer service- product not as described. Will not give a full refund..
