Was overseas when I received my parcel. Vial was less than half full. Customer service told me they could not do anything as it was more than 2 weeks (note I was overseas from 27 May - 12 jun)

Caution all customers to check their vials

First order took awhile to arrive because they ran out of stock, but the customer service was excellent. Prompt replies every time I emailed them. There are definitely areas of improvement e.g. after logging in, all I can do is view my past order and I have to use a separate link from my email to make changes to my subscription. But I am happy to support this young company, and hope they continue to improve their user experience and expand their product line.

So convenient and easy to use platform! Love that the perfumes featured are really popular ones which can be harder to find or expensive to get. Customer service is really quick as well ☺️

1st order delivery took almost 3 weeks. The recent delivery was ok... The perfume was good. Will try different scents every month. That's a good thing. Overall was good

The customer service is by far I encounter is the best. Their customer service is 24/7 and they responded to your queries very quickly! I got my queries answer very quickly in both their IG and WhatsApp. I have been subscribed to their perfume for 3 months and their perfume has turn me into long term subscriber. I don’t need to spend tons of money on branded or full bottle perfume anymore. They have more than 200+ choices of fragrances and I’m not worried if there is none for me to try! Keep up the good work I’VRE team! You guys are amazeballs ❤️❤️

I can choose different types of fragrance every month and not wasting. Price is affordable.

Have been looking to have a compact-sized cologne that can be easily carried around and to use at any time. Love the concept of having to try out different scents with the 'Scent of the Month' option and pick out which I would enjoy having.

Perfumes seems authentic, just need to improve is the atomiser.

I am happy with the service and the idea of having a small perfume to try all different type of smell before buying a full big bottle in store...its small and yet it can last for 1 mth as i can try all different type of sense different day..

After my 4th time purchase the small bottles.. i decided to subscribe as it is worth of buying..
But just lately the the delivery was longer compare to my previous purchases usually it will take 3 days but now it takes like week to receive..
For the next subscribe..i suggest that its better to give ur customer a reminder thru the email or any other ways cos customer might be busy and they hv overlook on the order...we never knoe customer would like to change the fragrance before you deducting the mone

i really like the idea behind what I'VRE is doing - getting different perfume samples that last through the month. this helps if you don't want to commit to a certain bottle of perfume and want to explore further first. however, the shipping timing is what irks me as my orders usually take 4 weeks before they arrive. the team really needs to fix the operational flow, and once they do it, they will be able to obtain more loyal subscribers.

Perfume was good, packaging and quality was amazing. Downside was delivery was delayed, but it was due to back end issues and I appreciate their prompt customer support!

The bottles were great condition and everything came as described but their delivery is always delayed. Had to wait more than a week for delivery.

The platform offers a wide range of popular and high in demand perfumes, and the model allows us to try various perfumes without having to commit to a full bottle. This is great for people like me who love to change things up.

Would love to see more niche perfumes though, since those are the ones that are harder to find samples of (many of the perfumes offered can be tested in stores). Shipping can also be quite slow (took over 2 weeks for me) and the box came very damaged, so do take note if this is a gift. However, the perfume cases themselves are high quality and the spray is beautiful.
