This is a con, they are £3 on a Chinese website.

As per other reviews, I was misled by the website which shows an English family selling their final bits and pieces - everything they show looks beautiful. However what gets sent to you is cheap plastic rubbish which is only suitable for the bin. I complained so much for that I got 70% refunded to me and by that point it was a case of cutting my losses. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Seems that I’m not the only one who has been scammed… but scammed I have been. Appears like a credible boutique retailer with a slick website. However, the goods are not hand made in Cambridge but mass produced tat that gets couriered over from China. I don’t even believe there is anyone in the UK involved at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

Scammers! Ive been caught out before with a so called hand knitted sweater which arrived as a cheap sweatshirt with a print on it. These people are low life's! I will get my money back and the plastic rubbish arcade machine dog lamp will go in the bin. As soon as it arrived I knew! It looked liked like a 4 yrar old had wrapped it. Scum bags! Reporting to trades description and Natwest.

7Absolute SCAM the items are rubbish DO NOT BUY!! I ordered 2 lamps and when received they were plastic moulded crap that you can by on Temu for £9.00. They are cheap ,painted by a 3 year old- who could do better!! When I complained they tried to tell me that each piece was hand crafted and hand painted!! UTTER RUBBISH they are cheap plastic moulded items that you could buy in a £1 shop for a£1 !! They willnot refund your money only 20% because they know it is cheap crap. Honestly please do not be taken in by the website and handcrafted rubbish they are absolutely shit and you will be wasting your money. BE WARNED they ship from China and the website shows a happy family hand painted glass sections!! THESE ARE CHEAP MOULDED CRAP PLASTIC. IF YOU WANT ONE BUY FROM TEMU FOR £9.56 THEY ARE PROBABLY BETTER QUALITY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolute scam! They pretend that they are closing down due to family commitments and that everything is hand made in Cambridge! Tracked my order and it’s waiting to be dispatched from CHINA!! Please avoid

closing down and selling inventory heavily discounted!!! THIS IS WHERE THEY GET YOU. Once you pay , you are sent the cheapest of cheap plastic copy's from CHINA which are tat worth less then a £1
They then refuse to reply to an emails as they have your money already.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...
Website pictures of the product look great but what you receive is a cheap plastic item that in no way resembles the website picture.
When you try to return, it is an address in China and the cost to return, is often more than the cost of the item.

This is a total scam. The pictures on the site do not resemble the cheap plastic products that arrive. When you try to return they say that you must bear all costs so you are throwing your money away. It is so fraudulent I cannot believe it has not been shut down.

⁶Scam company selling not as described goods, based in China setting up fake websites. They are using an address of a hairdressers to cover their scam. These are criminals. The police need to investigate as it looks like they are conning people out of money. It's heartbreaking to see that good people have been scammed.

TOTAL SCAM. As per all the other reviews (that I have of course found afterwards), the items received were absolute shit. Nothing like the beautiful (and frankly expensive) stuff on their website. I noticed the "family" in front of their closing store image was AI, but for some reason I put that down to them not liking their photo / not being photogenic. What a plonker Rodney!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are NOT hand made and are not as expected. The company website gives you an impression of a lovely artisan local family run business and it is not. The item I received (Magical Dog lamp) is an awful product, cheaply made and with a lack of care. It’s a plastic piece of garbage that would be better suited from a car boot sale for 50p!!! I have threatened them with Trading Standards reporting and they are not having any of it. Their reply on email is polite but they are not at all giving way to allowing a full refund with the cost of postage. Scam scam scam!!!!

This company is a scam. The products are cheap and from China. It pretends its in Cambridge UK and run by a family however if you try to return anything you wont get your money back.

SCAMMERS Ivy-Cambridge on Facebook. There are scammer’s on Facebook selling lamps who identify as Ivy-Cambridge . However the real Ivy-Cambridge is a Brasserie in Cambridge . I am reportrd about Ivy-Cambridge scammers who sell items that are nothing like the adverts and come from China . The images of the lamps for sale on their Facebook advertising are truly stunning. I ordered 4 as gifts. However I discovered with the tracking number that the so called hand crafted lamps were coming from China. When they arrived I was soooo very shocked and angry at the deceit. The hand crafted Lamps are NOTHING like the advertising images. I’ve since found out the company use AI to trick people . The things that arrived were cheap plastic , rattling marked, very tacky , ugly, battery operated tea lights. They look like toys and are really hideous . I would have never ever purchased them at all had I known what they actually looked like . PLEASE DO NOT order from these people. From my research the address they use from China is reported as being used many times as scammers using different false “company names” images and stories to scam people.

Absolutely disgusted! Item I received bears no resemblance to the item I thought I was purchasing… company makes out its closing down and sells beautiful handmade and unique items… from the UK and hiding behind a UK email address! Reality is a cheap plastic bit of crap that ships from china.. I paid £35 and I am so so angry… returns are also at your own expense so they have you over a barrel, I hope people see this review before they make the same mistake I made! Emails to the company just get replies that repeat the same stuff and they are not interested because they have your money already!

Dreadful quality item. Cost a lot if money too! Deserves no stars.
Not hand made as website states, just a big scam.
