The quality of the product and the whole installation process was excellent and worth 5 stars. I knocked off half a star because I had to get the document sent to me for approval adjusted before approving as certain specific requirements (e.g. we did not want handles on the outside of our French windows) had not been reflected in the specification and we would have ended up with something that wouldn't have met our requirements if I hadn't picked up on it. I have also knocked off half a star as I perceive the overall price to be quite expensive even given the quality of the product.

We were impressed by the customer care afforded us by Jack Brunsdon's staff when we reported failed double glazing in part of the Bathroom window. The claim, under the 10 year warranty, was accepted using supporting images and a replacement sash was promised. Due to lockdown we were warned there would be a slight delay before completion.
Despite the exterior difficulties we weren’t too concerned by the delay, trusting in the company’s reputation and the company came through with flying colours.
The sash was replaced by Fitters Richard and Jamie, who were very pleasant, explaining what they were doing and completing the work with the minimum of disruption.
We originally chose Jack Brunsdon's replacment windows throughout because they offered a good match with the style of the property and ther quality. We are not disappointed,

We live in a 10 year old (double glazed) house but wanted to improve the quality, thermal insulation and sound proofing of the windows. All the windows were replaced together with the front and back doors. The entire process with Jack Brunsdon from sales, through survey to final installation was extremely well managed. Time lines were fully explained and adhered to, the sign-off procedure was clear and throughout we were dealing with pleasant, customer focused people.
The installation team were particularly efficient and helpful. The quality of the survey was good which meant there were no surprises and our installers were thorough, extremely careful and paid great attention to detail.
We are very pleased with the final result which has significantly enhanced our property as well as improving the quality of our day to day living.

All appointments were kept as promised and everythung happened on time as we had been told. The quality and fit of the frames is excellent, and the installation was performed really professionally and with all necessary caution taken during the pandemic. The fitters left everything really neat and tidy behind them and made an excellent job of making good the surrounding walls and finishings. All in all a great service and we are very happy. Thanks.

Jack Brunsdon have just finished a major fit of windows and large door section to the front façade of our house, following a successful rebuild of the windows on the rear façade in 2020. All of the team from the initial sales through to the surveying and the fitting together with the supply of all materials has gone really well and on time. I think you pay for quality and that is what I think we have.

I have no doubt that the end product will be good and of a high quality. However the service and timeframes so far have been lacking. I placed the order and paid a 50% deposit in January. I was given an estimated lead time of 14 weeks. The latest installation date I have been offered is 21st June. That's 20 weeks.

MIstakes were made in the original quote. The surveyor needed to come back as the quoted suggestion wasn't going to work. Email responses are a bit patchy. I was only told about the need for scaffolding (with associated extra cost) after placing the order. It's just been a bit disappointing and disorganised. That said I am sure the end product will be good. But after a wait of 20 weeks and much to-ing and fro-ing and admin mistakes along the way, I'm feeling less enthused about these guys than I should be.

As a previous customer, we didn't hesitate to return to Jack Brunsdon who as usual, lived up to their reputation for super-high quality. From the initial visit onwards, we received helpful advice and service from everyone we dealt with - all in a friendly and highly professional manner. The fitters, Brydon and Ryan, were a pleasure to have around. They completed the installation with the minimum of disruption and on time. Their work was to a very high standard.

Excellent work by the Jack Brunsdon team, from the initial phone call to express an interest in their doors, to the completion and instillation of our doors. The process was smooth, all staff were courteous and knew their products well enough to answer our many questions. We were kept well informed at every step of the way and the company done what they promised to do in the timeframe given. The end result was the instillation of our beautiful rear and front doors.
The only downside is the actual time it takes for the door to be made.

The salesperson and surveyor visits were easy and informative. We delayed committing for 2 years but Brunsdon held our information and were able to restart when we were ready. The installation was really quick (4 windows, 2 short days) and Brendan and Ryan were polite, made a good job and cleaned up thoroughly. The overall price was competitive (we had 2 other quotes. The finished result looks good and functions perfectly. We especially like that in the cottage window style, the central mullion opens with the "slave" casement, so there is a large opening suitable as a fire exit if needed.

We are over the moon with our new windows and front door, they look beautiful and have transformed our house. The process was great too, we received good honest advice throughout the specification process. The team who came to install were equally professional, friendly and considerate and did an amazing job. I’d say we are quite (very) particular and we didn’t have to question anything that was done. Overall very pleased.
