Our order for new French doors was delivered and installed in line with the time horizon stated on placing the order. The installation team (one we had used previously) were professional and courteous. The whole event, from start to finish, was as you would wish it to be.

Great service from start to finish. The final windows and doors are brilliant quality and such an improvement to the house and to each room.

We can’t wait to start the next phase and eventually have the whole house completed

Jack Brunsdon proved very reliable throughout the entire process. We were able to see their showroom just before lockdown started which really helped us. The quotation process was straight-forward, the survey visit was delayed slightly due to lockdown but when it did occur the surveyor wore PPE throughout his visit which reassured us. We were expecting a lengthy wait for fitting due to Covid-19, but were given a date that they kept to faithfully.

The installation team of Jason and Olie couldn’t have been more helpful and surpassed our expectations. They answered all our questions and any concerns we had. They worked really hard and everything was done the right way rather than just the quickest way. They made sure we were entirely happy with the installation and took great care with finishing off every window and door so that we were left with a minimal amount of redecorating.

We’ve waved goodbye to our old draughty windows and now have a house that a lot quieter and will no doubt be easier to heat come the winter.

This is the second time I have been extremely satisfied with the windows and doors built and installed by Jack Brunsdon and Son. I could not have been more pleased and grateful for the care and trouble taken by Jason and Olly in fitting the beautiful door and window this time around. I had two windows Installed by Debs and Danny at Brundsdon very professionally and with every attention to detail. They were meticulous and thorough in making sure everything was absolutely perfect and took all the time they needed to get things right. I couldn’t have been more happy!! Jack Brunsdon & Son installed 3 cottage casement windows and a large bifold wooden door for us. The doors are stunning and have completely transformed our home and the way we live. The windows are beautifully crafted and so much nicer than what they replaced.

The whole process was handled really well, from the information from the show-room through the survey and installation. Everyone we met from the company was cheerful and helpful, quite some achievement as our order experienced COVID-19 lockdown right in the middle. Keeping us informed through that process was absolutely essential. The whole installation process was once again, thoroughly cheerful and we experienced minimum disruption. The installers paid very close attention to detail.

The product is excellent; extremely well made, very attractive and traditional enough in appearance for a period cottage, whilst being clearly robust and perfectly constructed and assembled. We cannot praise the 2 person team of Jason and Ollie who spent 2 days fitting the first half of our job (front of the house) highly enough. There was no rush to complete whatsoever and every detail was considered, including some minor improvements that I have to admit were arguably not even part of the remit of the job. This team quite simply wanted to do the best job they could to our complete satisfaction; they made no effort to cut corners and leave early, or even promptly, and were utterly focussed on ensuring that we were happy with every aspect of the task. This they achieved above and beyond any expectations we had and they did all of this whilst being polite, ultra efficient and always with excellent good humour. Outstanding in all respects. It is true to say that Jack Brunsdon is more expensive than their mainstream and mass producing Everest and Anglian competitors, but you really do get what you pay for and I have every expectation that these windows shall last for a very long time indeed. Strongly recommended in every single regard and we have booked to have the rear of the house and a door completed as soon as possible.

We had 2 windows fitted yesterday. The fitters were professional, efficient and cheerful even with all the COVID restrictions. The workmanship is excellent and we are thrilled with the result; another great job from Jack Brunsdon. Would highly recommend.

We had 12 replacement double glazed windows fitted and 4 strengthening bars inserted. The fitting had to be delayed due to Covid-19 but we were kept informed and offered new dates throughout. The 2 fitters, Jason and Ollie, worked long days and were so reliable, considerate and hardworking. Adhesive, plastic sheeting was placed on carpets, all rubble was cleared away and loose plaster around the windows was made good. We were consulted on the width and colour of the beading to get the best appearance. The scaffolding was delayed and could not be erected until the final day of installation. That day, Jason and Ollie worked from 07.45 until 20.15. The windows have totally changed the appearance of our house. They are so well made and look amazing! The whole process from measuring to installation has been very well coordinated. Thank you very much!

The standard and finish of my doors, windows and chrome fittings are excellent.
In addition, Danny and Debs, the installers, provided an exemplary service. My house and patio and house now look so much better than before.
I am so impressed I am commissioning my remaining windows to have the upgrade.

I recently purchased a new front door from Jack Brunsdon and I'm absolutely delighted with it and have received lots of compliments. The whole process from start to finish was so straightforward and easy. The members of the team I had contact with were friendly, polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I really recommend using this company as I've had such a positive experience, particularly in these challenging times.

My four french windows were installed this week, and everything went extremely well. The installers did a great job, leaving the surrounding decorations in excellent condition. It was great to have such a pleasant and interesting couple working in my house, and it was clear they took pride in their job. The windows have transformed my two rooms, making them feel lighter and
quieter. I am delighted with the result. Thanks to Jack Brunsdon for another excellent job!

I live in a traditional victorian terraced house with sash windows and french doors to the garden - which needed replacing. I was keen to have wooden doors and not PVC to retain the integrity of the building. At first I thought their prices were expensive, but how wrong was I, as this company makes the best doors and windows money can buy. I was fortunate also to gain from their 20% promotion and ordered the doors at the beginning of the year. Their service from start to finish was exemplary. The installers, Brendon and Ryan, were extremely aware of social distancing during this Covid-19 Pandemic, and worked hard to fit the doors perfectly, even in a house sloping on one side, they did an excellent job. I am absolutely delighted with the finish of the doors and the 'Rolls Royce' door locking system, no yanking up handles here to lock!
