I love the jacket that I was able to design. It came out great and is well made. The procedure was easy to design, process, ship ,and deliver .

The only reason I gave two stars is because they at least respond quickly to emails even though their response is curt and rude. They refuse any phone calls to question your order. Everything has to be done via email. Great for keeping a record but bad for customer needs. I "Chatted" on their order page on a Friday and asked if the item I was ordering was in stock and was told "YES". I told them I was worried because other venders had said it was a bad time of year to order Varsity jackets and there would be a long wait for orders. I was told that that was not a problem with them and that my order would be shipped out the following Monday. Monday I get and email stating that the jacket is out of stock and I had three options. wait,order a different item or cancel the order. I replied to their email (My only option) complaining that I was assured that it would ship Monday and that I was not happy with their service. As stated in other reviews they had a fix for my complaint. They canceled the order even though I explicitly told them I would have to wait since the Jacket is a gift and I had already told the recipient that they were getting it for Christmas. I have no idea how well they construct their jackets but I'll assume they are one hell of a jacket if people are willing to be treated so poorly by these people. I'd steer clear of this place if you have any concerns regarding how you may be treated if there is a problem with your order.

I ordered a custom jacket for my boyfriend and let's just say it was the best gift EVER! The company was very helpful in answering any questions I had and responded very quick. Also, I had some concerns about the sizing and when I reached out to them about what size they felt I should get they had no problem letting me know there recommendation and by the way their recommendation was spot on. They recommended a large when I almost ordered a medium. I'm so happy I listened to them. The jacket is everything I wanted it to be & more.

Great jacket! Just what I expected it to be. Lightweight, pockets are good but could be a little bigger.

Emailed the company on Wednesday asking about jacket sizing. Didn't hear anything back. Took a chance on Friday and placed a $250 order for a custom jacket after reviewing the sizing chart. Received an email confirmation which stated IN ALL CAPS that you cannot cancel a custom order after 24 hours. I then sent a follow email to confirm proper fit. More than 24 hours passed and I emailed requesting to cancel my order since they had not responded to either of my emails. I got this gem from an unnamed customer service rep.

"Your order was placed Friday night at 8:33 PM. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8AM to 3PM PST as stated on our website. Do you now get why you did not receive a response until now?

A refund has been issued back to your account. Allow 1-2 business days for credit to show on your account.

Please take your business elsewhere."

Keep in mind I received this response on Sunday morning. Clearly someone is reviewing the emails on the weekend. Perhaps they pick out a few customers to tell off when they're bored.

I feel like I dodged a bullet by canceling this order. I would suggest to everyone they follow the company's advice.

I ordered my jacket for my birthday as a gift to myself and am super glad that I did. I especailly like the looks that I get when people realize that my jacket is custom made and not that "off the rack crap" that they have on. I will be ordering another one soon and look forward to showing off in that jacket too!

I purchased this jacket for my husband's 50th high school class reunion and he was thoroughly satisfied. It brought back his high school memories. The other classmates that saw the jacket thought it was the original jacket! The jacket was completed ahead of estimated time and is a quality product. If I ever need another jacket, I would definitely purchase another jacket from Stewart & Strauss.

Ordered our jackets for a Atheists vs Religion competition that we have been winning straight up for over 9 years and these are pretty awesome jackets, glad we picked the JacketShop. I my self have been wearing it for over 2 years and still in good condition, easy to clean and really neat!
