I had a Stewart & Strauss jacket in high school back in 1993....I still wear it now and it has lasted for over 25 years! Talk about a well built jacket! It is now comfortably broken in and thankfully, still fits! So when I I needed something to get my employees to celebrate our 20th anniversary, it was simple: Company Varsity Jackets from no other than Stewart & Strauss!! Nothing symbolizes Quality, Integrity, Honor and Loyalty better than our employees and especially from Stewart & Strauss! The Left sleeve proudly portrays the US Flag and the very year we started our little company....Right sleeve shows "LA" with our employee number on it! Everyone here in the office proudly shows it off and definitely wears it....even when it's 90 degrees outside here in Los Angeles! Thank you for creating a great memory for me and my employees!

I ordered two customized jackets from Stewart & Strauss. I had wanted a lettermans jacket for years. Ordering was easy. I was able to design several jackets and print them out so I could look at them side by side and make my final decision. The size chart was accurate and had an illustration of specific measurements I should take. I had a question about the status of my order after purchasing my jacket. The team responded quickly with a specific schedule. When I received each order, both were exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. I believe my jackets will become more interesting as they become worn with age. If I ever want to replace them I won't put it off again, I will simply order a new one from Stewart & Strauss.

This site is so Amazing and espesially
with the mode build a jacket. I have seen so many good reviews for this company but i have never seen any comment about the prices. I think they are too expensive. I am from a country that the economics of my country isn't no well at all. I am student and my parents they try so hard to work and get money for my studies and grow up my little brother. I have designed so many jackets that i like so much and i will never buy them cause i don't have so much money. I hope in the future to see better prices or special prices for all the students in the world!! (sorry for my English)

The team at Stewart & Strauss are focused on customer satisfaction. They go beyond what the average company would do to achieve complete customer satisfaction. After placing my customer order they responded back validating the special instructions. In addition, they sent an email just to double check the color of the stripes on the knitting was what I wanted and candidly had found an error I had made!

I have ordered 5 different jackets for myself and 2 for my son. over the past several years by using the “build-your-own-jacket” feature. Each jacket came out exactly the way I wanted it to look. I prefer the Letterman Style jacket with the wool body and genuine leather sleeves so I can add my favorite patches to complete the custom design I am looking for. They fit great and I get numerous compliments on my jackets whenever I wear them. Stewart & Strauss Jacket Company is definitely the best company for great looking custom jackets.

What's never mentioned in reviews of Stewart & Strauss jackets is the fun of designing an awesome piece of wearable art.
I got to create a jacket for a friend that had done me a huge favor & I based it on the business he shares with his brother. The colors matched their business cards & by using the script with a tail mode, I put the company name & description on the back & it just looked perfect.
On top of that, I was able to personalize it for my buddy with his name in an elegant script on the right side front which was such a cool touch.
Added to that was a patch on each shoulder that fit well with the nature of their business.
Stewart & Strauss's "Design-a-Jacket" mode gave me the opportunity to create what I feel was the perfect gift in the perfect situation & I honestly couldn't have felt better about the process or the end results. The quality of the custom made jacket was excellent.
My buddy loved it & that's what counts to me & it all came about due to Stewart & Strauss.

This is the third jacket I have bought, the quality is amazing, and the customer service is brilliant, I will definitely be buying another jacket in the future.

Very disappointing experience. I looked up my son's school and clicked through to place the order on their website. I unfortunately assumed they had the correct colors for the school and that was not the case. Only personalizing we did was his name which could be removed from back of the jacket.. They also screwed up the words Football and put it on black on black in the front. I asked if I could return for the correct color jacket willing to pay shipping back, res-stocking fee whatever they wanted. Asked me to send images of the jacket they sent and also the correct colors so I sent pictures of various football players in their coats during our last game so they could see the vast difference in colors. Got an email today completely rude. Not our problem you or our responsibility to have correct colors for a school. No other words except - if you want the correct color jacket place an order for one and pay for it. Basically out $400. My son is Captain of the Football team and one of three since he is a triplet. Not only did they just lose me as a customer but I will go out of my way to make this story well known. When I find a good company I will leave that information so I can assist with others avoiding this poor customer service.

The Jackets arrived Today - I am very happy - I have never had such nice jackets - Last week i was in London at a lot of fashion shops and told everybody who nice and good priced your jackets are. - The Letterman Jacket of GANT has not so nice colours. It is in Europe only in Xl not in XXL possible to get and much more expensive.
