Withdrawing was impossible as no current passport, sent expired passport, utility bills and official government letters, birth certificate, front and back of debit card, photo bus pass, NI number, no go, all this after many repeated emails and back and forth info, I gave up trying in the end!

The day after they offered me free bonus money, after that they rejected my withdrawal saying I’ve got a bonus on my account even though it was activated the day AFTER I made my request. Joined this site about 2 weeks ago deposited a couple of times no issues with playing though I think min withdrawal is £50. Anyway I had a verification phone call from them shortly after joining all good.

So I went 1 step further I thought I'd send them verification documents passport utility bill front and back of debit card and bank statement.

That was sent on the 27th of June no email acknowledgement of receipt of the sent email. So I thought I make an enquiry via live chat.

These guys are con artists and do not hold a licence in the UK to operate. I suggest if you have been scammed like me, you contact your card issuing bank and request chargeback as per section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit legislation. They are scum of this earth and criminals, so why not chargeback all your deposits?
