We were referred to Jacob Law by Money Sherpa for our recent home purchase. While the process started off smoothly, our initial case manager wasn't the best fit for us — communication was lacking, which was stressful given our tight timeline.

However, after escalating the issue, the firm quickly reassigned our case to Ciaran Meagher, and he completely transformed our experience from frustrating to exceptionally positive.
