3/4 of the reviews on here are bought by offering existing customers incentives and offers and deduction on prices. We were a victim to this awful company and would urge ANYONE to stay away and spend your money on a decent vehicle. anyhoo DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, BELIEVE ME.

I would start by saying one star is generous!! This used car sales company is absolutely appalling!! The after sales service is this. We will never speak to you again once we’ve sold you the car. We had a few issues that needed resolving they were not one bit interested in getting these sorted. I would personally go elsewhere to buy a car where people care about customer service.

They were friendly and effienct..and helpful..i will be going back to purchase another car off them in the future and the prices are lower than most other dealers

Nice people shame it had to go back to garage a few days after buying and still not got it back but they are fixing it so can not really complain

Great dealership, quick collection of car and friendly staff.

Asked when i wanted to collect, put off twice, given a time to collect wasnt ready for 2hrs later. Key was broken, piece of trim missing off car, wasnt Full years Mot as i was told it would be. Fuel tank on the red. However did get offered a good warranty. Love the car. Very clean.

The team were really helpful, car was as described and they were very easy to deal with. Drove away the same day

Very helpful staff, especially Kiran, who answered all my questions fully and never rushed me. Car delivered on time and delivery driver very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the car arrived without the mats but the delivery driver thought they'd probably forgotten to put them back in after the valet and he said he'd tell them.

If I could give no stars I would! Car purchased less than a year ago failed mot due to an issue that obviously existed when I bought the car - can I speak to anyone to help resolve the issue NO!!! Avold this business like the plague worse decision I ever made buying from them.

They won’t help after paying money they expect you to have a broke car for weeks there is no help for quick service don’t see what the point is in paying mise aswell just save the money up and fix your car yourself

Had a demanding process to get the loan processed, and they were very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.

From first finding the vehicle, to collecting it I knew where we were at each stage of the process.

It was very difficult to get someone to respond to my initial enquiries about the car. I then had some issue with sorting delivery, but we got there in the end. All communication was polite and respectful

Be aware do not buy from this Garage purchased a car it must’ve broke down on way. It turned up at 9:30 at night on a trailer oil everywhere it went to a garage from there it failed an MOT two tyres sthey tried to make out that it had been serviced when it hadn’t and they were gonna pay for it then no contact no response. Been going on for two months. I’ve had to spend four grand on the car so far and only had it end off August they will not answer u . there’s plenty of reviews that tell you this be aware do not buy As if the car got faults they will not help from point off drop off they had two weeks to prep car told me it would be serviced an a 125 point inspection that was a lie also

I bought a Jaguar iPace and had it delivered. The process was very quick and painless. When I recieved my Jaguar I notice a charging cable was missing. This was sorted promptly and without fuss. Hollie was excellent, first rate customer service throughout the whole process.
